The eggs you need to break around the room are one of four colours for the 4 elemental types (fire, water, earth and air). You need to pull the boss close to one of each of these types of eggs. 2 at a time she will start a timer over them when she casts Rapid Incubation. Normally you'd use the Extra Action Button to kite lightning into the eggs and break them. For the achievement you need to let Nascent Proto Drakes spawn from one of each egg colour and then kill all 4 of them within 10 seconds of one another. Given their low health pool we found it easier to 3 tank this one and have one tank pick up the first two that spawned, and then wait for the other 2 to spawn so that all 4 were at the same health and could be cloven down evenly.

Once the adds have died the achievement should go white and you just need to kill the boss normally.

Went for the 3-tank strategy, but we waited until the final four eggs to spawn the specific adds, since we could then just pull everything together and burn it down all at once.

Instructions for Broodkeeper Diurna - Incubation Extermination: You need to hatch one egg of every primal element, that is fire, water, earth and air. Instead of using the action button and kiting the lightning onto the hatching eggs, you need to let the Nascent Proto Drakes spawn from each different egg colour, gather up all four of them and kill them within 10 seconds of each other for the achievement to count. The easiest way to do this achievement is to have three tanks, one to keep the Broodkeeper busy, and the others to tank two proto drakes each. The drakes have a really small health pool so be sure to avoid damaging them until they’re all together. After the proto drakes are dead, just continue with the usual boss mechanics and nuke Broodkeeper Diurna.

Did this tonight, and marked up 4 eggs (in 2 clumps, 1 of each colour), that we left til last to break.
These were 2 near the wall on the right (as seen when walking into the room), and 2 on the left side (near where the group of 3 is against the wall in hc). I forget what colours they were specifically, but they were 1 of 2 possible pairings that had all 4
(the other pairs being near the door and against the back wall).

Had a 3rd tank pickup the spawned dragons, having broken these 2 pairs last... meaning we could focus on doing the rest of the boss normally... gathered the 4 dragons, popped hero and nuked them down easy.
Then just finished the fight as normal

Defeat Broodkeeper Diurna after successfully hatching and defeating lieutenants from each Primal element's eggs within 10 seconds of each other in Vault of the Incarnates on Normal difficulty or higher.
