I think some Chains are still a little bit bugged, has not been confirmed yet.

I'm stuck at 44 of 45 and I've done all the quests hubs available. The quest window did bug twice while here where I clicked the Complete Quest button and the window did not close. I had to do it myself. I've noticed, after going over the list wowhead defines as Feralas quests, that some of them that are supposed to be done within a few of the chain quests I was not given.

I could not do:
A Grim Discovery (The deliver the horns to Org)
Return to Witch Doctor Uzer'i
The Gordunni Threat
Warchief's Command: Feralas (Have to double-check that)
Zukk'ash Report
Gordunni Scroll
Gordunni Cobalt

I assume the Videre Elixir is still available, but I have not been to Un'Goro yet to verify.

I did the quest to fly to WestReach Summit in Thousand Needles last. I was at 43 of 45 Feralas when I flew to Thousand Needles. That quest counted as Thousand Needles though when I turned it in there putting Thousand Needles at 1 of 60. When I flew back to Feralas the game switched my Thousand Needles to 0 of 60 and my Feralas to 44 of 45.

I did the rest of the quests for the Thousand Needles Quests achievement and it somehow gave me the Feralas achievement. The hotfix must have fixed this, unfortunately it did fix the problem with the Ashenvale quests.

Earlier I began this zone (0/45) and ended with 43/45, figured there was a bug of some sort.

As of 1:33AM Nov. 26, there was some type of hotfix, and now I have the achievement with at least one extra quest I have not turned in yet (Rescue OOX-22/FE!).

Check your achievements, you may have gotten this since the hotfix.

OK weird. I was stuck at 43/45, and still hadnt turned in the OOX quest in Booty Bay. I gave up, did 1000 Needles achievement, then flew to Ashenvale (it flies over Feralas). I looked at my log, and found I had been rewared the 45/45 Feralas Achievement. Something was hotfixed me thinks. Recheck your logs!

GM who answered my ticket confirmed for me that the achievement is currently not obtainable due a bugged quest, they are working on fixing it...i cant wait :(

Something is definitely bugged, but I followed Wrelpy's previous comment about entering Dire Maul, and I can confirm your achievement meter ticks up by one. Can also confirm as of today that turning in your OOX quest in BB awards the last quest for the achievement. I was stuck at 43/45 until I entered Dire Maul (44/45) and turned in my OOX quest (45/45) and was awarded the achievement.

The mistake I made which had me stuck at 44/45 even after turning in OOX and Dire Maul was that I skipped Again with the Zapping and the elemental quest near it that have the same name as the repeatable quests that used to be there. They did count and I got my achievement.

It's a breadcrumb quest from Shadowprey village in Desolace that's obviously supposed to send you to Feralas, but this quest isn't finished, so there's no one to hand it in it.

I imagine when this quest is fixed you'll have your 45.

When I turned in the Feralas chicken quest I didn't get +1 in my Feralas log which was on 44/45..

I just completed this, and I still have 4 Feralas quests in my log (which will most likely lead to more). Not to sure why some people are getting stuck at 44/45.

I had no lead in quests (IE: go to Feralas from a different zone)
I did the Mechanical Chicken escort quest, but didn't turn it in at Booty Bay.
I started in Camp Mohache, Then to Stonemaul Hold, then to Camp Ataya. I went back to re-visit Camp Mohache as you'll get more quests from there after the Stonemaul Hold ones.

I don't remember getting hardly any quests from anyone NOT at those 3 bases. If you're stuck at 44/45, I would Re-visit those 3 bases and see if there are any quests you haven't completed.

I am also stuck at 44/45. I submitted a ticket 2 1/2 days ago and have not received a response. The ticket I submitted still says "Your ticket has been escalated. . . . ". Unfortunately, from what I have been reading about the other areas in Kalimdor, Blizzard may have bit off more than they can chew at the moment. Hopefully, this all will be fixed BEFORE Cataclysm comes out December 7th, therefore, Loremaster hunters (such as myself) can focus on Cataclysm quest, rather than catching up a few hundred across Azeroth.

Start in Camp Ataya, dont forget 2 quests on the road @ 48/44 and pick up the beacon quests. should land you on exactly 45.

Did loremaster previously, and getting this achievment was no problem. just dissapointed that feralas mostly didnt change, 2-3 cool new quests.

Stuck at 43/45 , still have to turn in the Rescue OOX-22/FE! quest in Booty bay which will put me at 44/45. Had 2 quests that bug'ed apon completion. First one was " The Darkmist Ruins" and the next one was "Woodpaw Investigation". Since they buged out and I had to click the X on the window, I was unable to get the next 3 Darkmist quests and the other turn in quest " The Battle Plan". If they wouldn't of bug'd out and I was able to get them I would have 48/45 quests done.

i was also stuck at 43/45 then after reading the posts,i decided to visit DM, zoned in and it actually gave me 2 points for 45/45 hence i got the achie. btw, i still didnt hand in the egg quest in booty bay

Was stuck at 43/45, turned in the chicken beacon escort quest in BB and received my achievement. There is a quest that is bugged I think it was called "Battle Plans". The plans dont give you the follow up quest which is why we are only getting 43/45. Just turn in the quest in BB and you get the acheivement done.

For me the Yeti Fur didn't drop at all before the recent hotfix of today(December 3rd).
So conclusion was being stuck at 44/45, and enterring DM didn't work, turning the quest in in BB didn't work either.

A couple of days ago I did the quest for furs, escorted the chicken and didn't find it.
Today I flew back, killed 1 Yeti and the fur dropped instantly, I'm guessing they secretly fixed it.

Please help! Currently I am at 44 of 45 (horde) quests completed. I have visited all the 3 major quest hubs, and have completed the mech chicken quest, the Perfect yeti hide quest, the 2 goblin quests, and the one in the arena of Dire Maul. Entering each instance of dire maul did not help or hinder my counter. What am I missing?

Just in case, people are saying things that they don't have problems or they do.

For the people that did Feralas before 4.0.1, the full zone with all the quests, some quests can't be repicked up appaerently. This causes to go to a 43/45 stuck. I have done them all, exclusive the OOC quest (still gotta be dropped). Dire Maul indeed increases it towards 44, but you gotta deliver the OOC quest or else it will drop and it won't return then.

For those who didn't do all quests in Feralas before 4.0.1, this will not be a problem at all.

I was stuck on 44/45 for ages, searching round trying to find quests I'd missed but no luck. So I gave up, and went to Thousand Needles, and did the breadcrumbs there, oddly it gave me my last quest and I got the achie.

And yes I did do the goblin, yeti hide and distress beacons.

I have been grinding Yetis for a couple days, no hide, so I assume it still counts from the first time I did it. I have done all crumb quests, all hubs, the goblin, tried entrering DM (all 3 just in case - it did not tick me up or down), did the chicken, again (which is odd because I already have the pet). I am stuck at 44/45.

I was not given the option this time to gather the cobalt, as well as a few other quests I remember from doing Loremaster before it was split up into zones. I can only wonder if the Warchief's Command is the last one, which I naturally can't get because it is level specific.

I am going to look and fly a grid today to look for anything I have missed, but as this will be my 3rd Loremaster, I am confident I know what I am looking for and it isn't there. I can only hope I am wrong.

I was stuck at 43; didnt do any breadcrumbs, and screwed up Darkmist so the elf chick was phased out. I read some posts here saying you'd get credit for a quest just by entering Dire Maul, so I did that and it took me to 44. Then I checked a few hours later and mysteriously had credit for all 45. No idea what caused the change!

I am also stuck at 43/45. I submitted a ticket and did get a response. There are 2 quests that are bugged and they are aware of the problem and have been working on a solution. So we will see what happens, hopefully in the near future.

Like many others, I was stuck at 44/45 after doing practically everything I could (I had quested the zone before Cataclysm). Going in to Dire Maul didn't work for me either. I just logged off for the night, and when I got on the next day, I had the achieve! So, if you just need 1 more quest, I would recommend not worrying about it for the moment, and hopefully, you will get the achievement after a while or an extended log off/on period.

For those who have not found their answer above, Sensiria may be who you are looking for; She is a phased NPC that offers 3 quests.

However, due to a phasing issue, she isn't appearing at all for many horde players. Blizzard GM's have stated that it is something they are planning to fix, but if she isn't appearing for you, you're probably best off just submitting a ticket for yourself.

I made all of feralas quests today in 2 hours: the most important things to note are that:

1) I completed the robot quest.

2) I got the quest from the perfect yeti hide.

3) I COULDN'T complete "The Battle Plans", as you can only do it if while you have the gnoll quests you find a crate with an exclamation mark on their village, and I had already completed the gnoll quests before.

I was stuck at 42 on 45, so I went to booty bay to deliver the robot to Oglethorpe; then I hearthed back to Stonemaul Camp and I found out that Orhan Ogreblade didn't have only "Ogre in the field" (dungeon quest that shouldn't count), but had even "Might of the Stonemaul".

Therefore, I went to dire maul without entering the instance, defeated cho'gall as the quest said, and then there was a follow up quest in which I had to return to Camp Mojache to talk with someone.

So, thanks to this last quest, I got exactly to 45 out of 45; I'm fairly sure no one of the dungeon quests counts, so my only mistake was losing "the battle plans" quest, I think over 46 is impossible for Horde.

I was stuck at 44/45 for a long time. Today I went back to Orhan Ogreblade and picked up the quest Might of the Stonemaul and it gave me number 45 (and one more, as he sent me to Camp Mohache). I decline all dungeon quests and I think this one mentioned "Dire Maul" so I assumed it was one as well. For those who are stuck at 44, it's worth a try to go back and make sure you picked this one up.

I just wana confirm, despite completing the quest Rescue OOX-22/FE! takes place in Booty Bay, Stranglethorn, it DOES count towards Feralas Quests.

Did quests in the sequence below:
Camp Ataya -> Goblin near Feathermoon Stronghold -> Quest hub near Feathermoon Stronghold -> Camp Mojache

I now had 42/45 completed. I checked all three major quest hubs once again just to make sure that I had not missed anything.

Did chicken escort quest and turned it in (+2 = 44/45)
Grinded Feral Scar Yetis for Perfect Yeti Hide and turned it in (+1 = 45/45)

Achievement earned!

As of now, the quests are still messed up. I was stuck at 44/45 as well. I put in a ticket saying that i had done all the quests, the yeti hide, the chicken, the booty bay thing...everything. While raiding the next day, I randomly was disconnected, when I came back on, my achievement was completed. I did not do ANYTHING to get this achievement because I could not figure out which quest was missing. About 2 minutes later, a GM messaged me and told me that I was actually missing several quests in the area. He told me that I can check my quest progress in specific areas by going to www.wowhead.com/profiler. You can put in your character name and realm that you are. Then you can look at the specific areas and see SPECIFICALLY which quest you are missing in what area. I found this very helpful in my journey to hell for my loremaster achievement.

One tip for those quest hunters out there - as of the writing of this post, one of the biggest add-on assets to have is Quest History Felstone. It logs all the quests in the game as a sortable list, and will query the server to check which quests you have or have not completed. If you are stuck in a zone and are unable to find any more quests, simply bring up the add-on and select "New Quests", and sort by category (zone) - this will tell you which of those last lingering quests you have been unable to track down. It even provides quest IDs so that you can look up on those quests on Wowhead.

This add-on has gotten me out of a bind many a time when I have been stuck on a zone quest achievement, so I thought I'd pass that on to all of you. I am aware that the well known add-on QuestHelper has an incomplete quest feature as well, but I find that Quest History is a lot lighter on system resources than QuestHelper!

This one bugged for me too. The night elf was phased so I was worried I wouldn't be able to complete it. My 44th quest was turning in the robot chicken at Booty Bay and it bugged and gave me the achievement at 44/45. I'm not complaining =P

I was stuck on 44/45 with no end in sight. No breadcrumb quests available in Desolace were available that counted. I ground for Perfect Yeti Hide for a while, but nothing dropped after a full clear inside and outside. Sensiria bugged for me and I saw her whisper in chatlog but couldn't see her to get her quests.

I logged out for about 30 minutes. Came back and checked my achievement log to see if there was anything I could do to see my missing quests. I HAD THE ACHIEVEMENT. Blizzard must realize the issue and grant you credit if you are stuck at 44/45.

I was stuck at 43/45.
The wowhead.com/profiler was not correctly tracking my completed quests so decided to start random farming for the Perfect Yeti Hide. Headed to Feral Scar Vale and was having no luck.
Entered the cave (55.2 56.4) killed 4 yetis and received 1 Hide and 3 OOX-22/FE Distress Beacon.
Quests completed.
Achievement earned.
All is right with the world again.

As mentioned by a few people in the comments for Sensiria, the breadcrumb quest to Thousand Needles To the Summit currently seems to be counting for Feralas also. Thanks to bugged quests, I was stuck at 44/45 for Feralas, so I did as others have mentioned--completing "To the Summit" and relogging--and sure enough, the Feralas Quests achievement then showed as complete.

Getting there:

Usually you will venture West from Crossroads into Stonetalon and then south from there down to Desolace and through it to Camp Ataya to start off. Don't bother going the OLD way (south Barrens to the Great Lift in Thousand Needles and west.) There is a chasm between Crossroads and the Great Lift now because of the Cataclysm, so walking down the Gold Road does nothing anymore without flight.

However, I tried getting to Feralas an unusual way and only died once, which is that I swam down the coast of The Barrens at Northwatch Hold past Fray Isle and up into Dustwallow Marsh where you hit Murlocs. I was 30 and the mobs were 36, so try to get onto the road as quickly as possible and hug the west side of the map until you hit Brackenwall Village. You can outrun them but some spiders can snag you and the crocs can dismount you.

Hubs:

On the horde side, there are essentially three hubs to get quests. (1) Camp Ataya is the first point a leveling quester should hit because it's the first flight path and inn from the prior questing area, through Desolace (if you quest in a linear fashion, that is).

From there, you go to (2) Stonemaul Hold which is an ogre based encampment with a flight path and inn. There you will get more quests.

Finally, you are going to hit (3) Camp Mohache, with an inn and flight path. If you quest normally, you should hit the 45/45 without having to hunt for hidden quests.

When done, you will be directed to One Thousand Needles, which is the next zone to the east.

PS: I found this Sensira questline through normal leveling when I was down south in Ruins of Ilsidien by bumping into her. I thought I'd mention that in case someone misses her, because she gives you three quests.

Stinglasher and Zukk'ash Infestation are not required for Feralas Quests.

By this stage you should have Taerar's Fall available. Big (and significant) lore driven finale. Go do it you adventurer you! Complete its followup for Feralas Quests.
