To earn this achievement, you need the help of at least one friend; the more help you have, the easier it is to do. Your friend(s) must speak to Lidiya Peyton (as Alliance) or Esme Sunshadow (as Horde) and buy multiples of any or all of the following: Rotten Banana, Rotten Watermelon, and/or Rotten Apple. Each of these 3 items have a separate cooldown, so purchasing multiples of each is the ideal thing to do. They can easily be used in succession if you are throwing different fruits one after another.

You need to enter the queue to brawl an opponent. While in the arena, your friends should use the previously purchased items and throw them at you. You should watch your stacks and time the debuff such that you are at a full 10+ stacks (more than 10 is perfectly fine) before landing a kill on your brawler opponent. Your friend(s) should be aware to keep throwing the rotten food at you all the way to the end to be sure you get credit, as the debuff it provides only lasts 20 seconds.

Do not use any immunity abilities, as this can cause your debuff to be removed. It should also be noted that this achievement is much easier to earn at the lower ranks, particularly on bosses which don't do much damage or have abilities that can one-shot you, as this allows for your friend(s) to be able to get stacks of the debuff up on you more easily, since you won't need to move around too much.

The Horde equivalent to Lidiya Peyton is a vendor by the name of Esme Sunshadow, located on the southeast edge of the Brawl'gar Arena.

Also important to note is that the 3 rotten fruits have differing sizes of targeting reticles. The Rotten Watermelon has the largest, making it the easiest to hit the target with, followed by the Rotten Apple and the Rotten Banana respectively.

Travel time must be taken into account, as the fruits don't travel very fast through the air. Try and anticipate where your target will be, as he/she may have moved out of the targeted spot when the fruit lands. For this reason, attempting this achievement at lower ranks (i.e. 1 or 2) is best, as these opponents tend to have the least mechanics and require the least movement. CC's such as Hex, Polymorph, Blind etc. right off the bat or right before the kill are precious seconds during which you won't have to move, allowing the stacks to build up. Keep in mind that these CC's have standard PvP durations in the Brawlers Arena (i.e. 8 seconds).

Also, all 3 different rotten foods have separate cool downs. So you can throw all 3 one after each other

This one was pretty easy, when you are at the arena. And there's lots of people there which there is very often. Yell "Throw rotten fruit at me for achievement (link the achievement)" worked well for me, also if you help out others who ask respond that you will help and you got him by ur side aswell.

Probably the best fight to attempt this on is King Kulaka. This is a straight-up tank-and-spank fight, with movement being pointless as he has a sprint. You can stand still while people throw fruit at you.

Can someone please confirm if you need to have EXACTLY 10 stacks of the You Stink! debuff or is it just enough to just be over 10 stacks when you kill your opponent?

If that is the case then the achiev gets a little more harder because you have to coordinate more with your friends outside the arena so that they stop after they "debuff" you 10 times in which moment you will have 20 secs for the kill before the debuff wears off.

To answer your question I was at 22 stacks of the debuff when I was awarded the achievement. So, you do not need to have the exact 10 to get it.

Tried this achievement this morning as an eley shaman, and I wasn't getting the debuff at all. My friend and I figured out that my lightning shield was eating them--as soon as I switched to water shield, I was able to get the debuff.

Pro tip: Brawlers' Guild invite works across all your characters. So if the fights get too hard on your main to reliably kill and get hit with fruit, you can jump on an alt and get a friend to chuck fruit at you while you kill Bruce.

As of patch 5.3, this will be much easier. According to this post Brawler's Guild fighters will be able to revisit bosses they've beaten before, allowing access to Bruce or whichever boss you find easiest for this achievement..

With the new ability to fight old fights again this achievement is easier.

For the group of us that did this last night we chose Dippy. As a rogue I spammed throw until I had 10+ stacks of the debuff then killed him. Easy and took only a few seconds. I finished with 13 stacks.

HANDS DOWN, Ty'thar the new 5.3 Brawler (obtained by purchasing Raptor Hide Gloves from the new Darkspear Revolution Quartermaster) is the EASIEST way to get this achievement.
The fight forces you to stand in one spot, never moving except to click left right or back. Have some friends or strangers spam fruit at you in the same spot and beat as normal. Its also helpful to show fellow brawlers where the fruit vendor is, as I had a lot of difficulty getting strangers to participate until I showed them and invited them to pelt me to their heart's content.

King Kulaka is the BEST one to get this achiev from. You need a friend (or someone at Brawler's Guild really, it's fairly quick and cheap) to help you with it, make him buy one from each fruit! This is important because each one of them has a cooldown to be thrown again, so you won't be able to do the achievement with one person throwing just one kind of fruit.
These are the items you need:

You can get them on the NPC Lidiya Peyton for the Alliance, or the NPC Esme Sunshadow for the Horde.

Here's what you do:

Stand still while the other person throw the fruits at you, he hits fairly weak on 5.4 so you don't need to worry about damage too much, but you should have a way to heal yourself (he hits by about 33k on my 567 Boomkin). Wait until you get 10 stacks and burst him down. If your gear is low you might need to control his hp so you have enough time to burst him down.

Anyone know if this is being removed in the prepatch for Legion? I read that Brawlers guild isn't coming back

Achievement description says "during the Draenor campaign" however I completed it in MoP (completion date 2014-09-01). So I think it was mistakenly renamed.. There were no two separate achievements for MoP and Draenor.

Make sure you put warmode on or you cant put stacks on your target.
