Just go for an oldish sounding name, or an adaptation of a name you like. Many names work. I called my human mage "Carlie" for instance, because I liked it.
Human names are easy, I find, because you can easily take names from our environment and slightly change them.

There are a lot of mythological names that have many alternate spellings.
For example, a Memitim is a type of angel from biblical lore associated with the mediation over the lives of the dying, and is referenced in the Book of Job as a taker of lives.
EDIT: Death has many personifications, some male, others female, and they make for great Warrior, DK, and Rogue names.
