I'm just wondering since i have seen some post about it, why is it good for fury warrior to have one str weapon and one agi weapon? shouldn't it be best if a fury warrior have 2 str weapon? The ap on agi weapon shouldn't beat the ap from str weapon.

The agility weapons will tend to have both AP and agility, giving you less AP but more crit than an equivalent strength-based weapon. With proper itemization and equal itemlevel, the strength-based weapon will almost always be better, particularly for fury warriors, but the difference is not huge. And if the strength-based weapon (or other item for that matter) is badly itemized, agility-based equivalents may in fact be superior.
It also depends on your personal stats, which decide how beneficial crit and AP are. More AP makes crit more beneficial while more crit makes AP more beneficial.

Use a spreadsheet or rawr, it work wonders.
congratulations, just just took the fun of disuccsion and playing out of the game. jesus, do you have to plug things into a spreadsheet before you sleep? make sure everythign is ok?
Seriously, just telling someone to plug something into a spreadsheet shows how much of an utter tard you are.

That's one retarded comment.
I have the ability to get al kinds of gear, al kinds of variations(take t9 legs(expertise) and the ToGC10 legs), now where is the best place to get my expertise from? Feets from Anub? Bracers from Icehowl? Belt?
To know wich combinations to go for you actualy NEED it.
I know most just equip anything with a higher Ilv, that's why you see people in Ilv 219-232 do les then 2k DPS in VH /golfclap.
Personaly I stick to landsoul's though, it's known to be a bit more precise.

It really depends on your gear. For me personally where i am with arp, its my best stat. Most of the agility weps come loaded with it. Some of the str ones do as well. It really all depends on what the sep of crit is for you. For me its almost as good as strength. If i remember, last time i fired up the spreadsheet it was something like :
str=1
crit =99
arp=1.039
Or something like that. But now you can see why some agility weapons are more appealing to fury warriors. Plus, lets be honest, we are the only ones using them. Most hunters use polearms, and pallies, dks, arms warriors all want the strength weps. So good luck getting two of them :)

Can say the same for the scrubs who get carried through content and are in 245 gear doing under 3k on a tank n spank boss fight...if your an elitist min/max prick then yeah go ahead use a spreadsheet, but on 99.9% of items you can easily tell which is the better item for you.

I had swapped out an Edge of Ruin for Decimation in TotC because its damage was much greater
it has better dmg because its a higher iLvl

(sorry for the pyramide)
From bracers A->bracers B you're right, true.
Here's the catch.
There are 2-5 ways to reach your caps at a certain tier.
Only 1 produces maximum DPS.
1 expertisering and 1expertisebracers.
1 crit/ArP bracers and 1 ArP/crit ring.
Only need 1 expertisestuf to cap expertise
Wich one you need, wich one you pas?
You take both and drop your expertisebelt, or you take neither and take your expertiselegs again?
Sometimes I have to shift about 4 pieces around to get what I want. Only spreadsheets can give you the maximum performanceset and that is not somthing you can see with the bare eye.
And before you whine, I push 7.5k single target DPS so no I'm not a scrub getting boosted.
And why is wanne perform at the max of my abilities considered elitist(wich I gladly say I'm)? In my opinnion it's FUN to push the maximum.

The other reason some people use the AGI weapons is because their top-end damage is better than what they're currently using.
I had swapped out an Edge of Ruin for Decimation in TotC because its damage was much greater, even though it had less AP and less than ideal stats (I can always re-itemize for the huge chunk of hit). But, on the flip side, I only took Decimation because Justicebringer refused to drop for months. 99% of the time, the STR based weapons with the same ilvl will be better for us. But sometimes the AGI weapon is just the best option available to us at the time.
Top-end damage doesn't really matter. Average weapon damage does. With the same average weapon damage, your bottom-end damage will just decrease by the same amount if you add some amount to the top-end damage. Overall DPS will remain exactly the same.

just curious, but what fights is this on? depending on the fight, 7.5k single target dps might make you the best warrior in the world...
do you have a WMO link?
