Okay so I love Wowhead but there's this one thing that still hasn't changed since the day I registered. The search function sucks.
I'd like to know what do you think about heirloom weapons in Northrend. If you had to choose between two heirlooms (I'm Frost) with no runeforging and two green quest rewards with runeforging, which would be better? (Sure I'm going to change to regular runeforged weapons when I hit 80, this is a question for leveling only).
Thanks in advance.

For simplicity's sake I'd go with the BoA's. You don't have to worry about replacing or repairing them. Once you hit 80 then pick up a dungeon drop or a vendored weapon and you're good!

Don't worry about it too much while your are leveling, Runeforges are good, but you won't be misssing out on too much. Once you get to 80 though, have at it.
As blood, you have almost no downtime because you're constantly healing yourself with a
bunch
of
different
talents
. But as frost, I would imagine that having the heals from Fallen Crusader would actually be a pretty distinct advantage.

for BOA item id say
Bloodied Arcanite Reaper
. That served me GREATLY on my way to 80. also with
Polished Breastplate of Valor
and ofc
Polished Spaulders of Valor
. Use these 3 items. and if you got emblems to splash then ONE (Because 2 means u miss some stats like AP on use etc)
Swift Hand of Justice
id Suggest 30 stam on the shoulders for 60+ and 100 HP on chest.

Thanks for the advice.
I'm frost specced so no reaper for me, I've bought
Venerable Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge
and
Battleworn Thrash Blade
to dual wield. (I should've bought the mace instead of thrash but I just like swords).
Otherwise, indeed, heirlooms are a good way to not worry much about changing gear every couple levels, although I did some testing and I lose 200 DPS by using heirlooms over using green weapons + runes. That's a lot but heirlooms are more handy.
(Also tried to tank... Dual Spec Blood tanking and full tanking gear, uncrittable at level 72, still it looked like it took 3-4 hits to bring me near death. I was tanking before, in the Outlands, enjoyed it and it seemed I wasn't taking damage at all, now I'm a bit discouraged to be that squishy all of a sudden)

I was going to say, runeforged quest reward as tank but now that you mention,

But if you are not geared for it, i.e., you didn't get out your way to get tanking gears when choosing quest reward, I wouldn't advice you to go as tank (unless you have the cobalt set and spare def gear).
Still, it gives me some kind of enjoyment when I see some tanks get WTFpwn and stealrolled in UK at low lvl. More of a 'I feel you, man', as I had the same experience when I was lvling my main, unaware of the def system :) With my DK I had no problem as I was lvling him as tank and knew what gear to get (before dual spec or random dungeon).

Well, as I said, I have full tanking gear, a dedicated set just for that (cobalt set plus some tanking quest rewards and tanking drops from BC, and a two-hander with SSG on it, waited until level 72 before tanking in Northrend just so I could put that rune on).
I've 15k health in tanking set + frost presence, enough defense to be uncrittable, still I'm getting stomped.
(Well not so much anymore, apparently the first healer I had in Northrend had no idea what he was doing, all other instances I ran after that went well)

How much do the worms heal for? To see if I should include them into my heroics farming build or if it isn't worth the hassle (yes I'm 80 now).

Taking that spec is gimping yourself. Any class can lvl up fine with 0/0/0. And of course his spec is better than 0/0/0 thus him thinking the spec is awesome.

The healing is not bad but it does look a bit lackluster for something that costs 3 talent points and has a random component... Guess I'll live without it.
