Well... Envenom more? That's the most obvious I can think of. As long as you're not getting downtime on Rupture or clipping the Envenom buff, just Envenom again?

Assassin rogue rotation is a priority system, ask yourself the following questions..
Do you have rupture up? If no, do you have a few CP? If yes, rupture!
Do you have SnD up? If no, do you have a few CP? If yes, SnD!
Is SnD about to fall off? If yes, do you have a few CP? If yes, Envenom!
Do you have at least 5 CP? If yes, did rupture fall off? OR can you pool energy until rupture (rupture ticks every 2 seconds, and if you reapply before the last tick, it extends it without any downtime) is less than 2 seconds from falling off? If yes to either of these, Rupture without wasting a tick!
Do you have at least 5 CP? If yes, is there alot of time on Rupture left? If yes, do you have the Envenom buff? If no, Envenom now!
Do you have at least 5 CP? If yes, is there alot of time on Rupture left? If yes, do you have the Envenom buff? If yes, are you about to energy cap? If yes, Envenom now!
Do you have at least 5 CP? If yes, is there alot of time on Rupture left? If yes, do you have the Envenom buff? If yes, are you about to energy cap? If no, wait until envenom buff almost falls off and Envenom!

If you refer to the talent section where it says "T90 - Up for debate." the author OBVIOUSLY does not consider the anticipation talent in the rotation, while (in my case anyways) assuming you're speced with anticipation.
Some people believe you shouldn't use mutilate to build combo points at 3 points, due to the chance you'll loose the 3rd cp proc without the anticipation talent.

Note that the following is with anticipation and shadow focus:
Opening:
garrote
snd
mutilate
mutilate
rupture
If blindside procs during the above, use it for a 1cp envenom to set snd. Otherwise, mutilate twice more and envenom (note that this will be a close call, but usually you'll have a blindside proc by now)
Rotation > 35%:
Mutilate/Blindside to 5cp (anticipation takes any excess)
Rutpure < 2 seconds remaining? Rupture
Rupture < ~6 seconds remaining, pool energy until <2 seconds and then rupture. If you are about to energy cap, and anticipation has <2 cp mutilate. Otherwise, envenom and rupture with whatever you have available when it goes to fall off.
Envenom Buff not up? Envenom
Pool energy until envenom buff drops then envenom. If you're going to cap energy, and anticipation has <2 cp mutilate. Otherwise, envenom anyway.
Rotation < 35%
Same as above, but dispatch to 5cp instead of mutilate.
Obviously, it takes some intuition (knowing how long it takes you to get enough energy to get 5cp, etc), and getting a feel for the rotation, but that's the general gist of it. There are some cases where sub-5cp finishers should be used (rupture about to fall off, etc), but for the most part the above is what I use and I typically top the meters.

btw, garrote and rupture doesn't stack (says on the
Venomous Wounds
mouseover) so you might just want to envenom unless garrote is about to fall off.

Ah so it does... That a fairly recent change? It's been out of the game for a little while.
Just flip the opener around. garrote > snd -> mutilate mutilate -> envenom -> mutilate mutilate -> rupture

What I usually do as my Assasination rogue is I open with Ambush and quickly follow with a mutilate - If Blindside procs, throw that in as well. That will be 4/5 CP, and then RUPTURE!
After, a mutilate for 2 CP and use SnD
Now I use mutilate/Blindside procs till I have 4/5 CP and use Envenom. All while I keep an eye on Rupture - is it running out, I refresh with 4 or 5 CP.
(Envenom refreshes SnD, but if there's been a while with a low amount og Envenom, keep an eye on SnD, so it doesn't run out,)
