first of all i would like to say that google is a fantastic tool. :P
that said with a simple search i found this
http://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/1170277-MoP-Profession-Bonuses
that site lists all of the performance enhancing bonuses of the professions. Note however some are better at making gold than others. if you are looking to make gold, i would actually suggest starting with the gathering professions, if you are a lock id suggest herb and skinning over mining. since they would give crit/haste instead of stamina. use these to build some gold base. once you get i would say a couple 10s of thousand. at least 10 maybe 20-30 would be better if you really want to make gold crafting. From there fee free to pick what you want for the most part. each profession is weighed equally for the most part on the stats you are able to gain. the only exception to this is engineering. which the bonus is works differently than the others being a use that doesnt stack with trinkets makes it hard to use sometimes. but the other tinkers that engineering provides are nice too, such as a speed boost to belts or !@#$%^ to slow falling to cloaks. all of which do not cancel out enchants btw so you do get both. however another thing to note about engineering is it tends to be more of a gold dump than a gold maker. i know personally havent really made much gold using my engineering. its much harder. can be done, but much harder and i dont feel like trying.
the other thing to note is that if you do go with crafting for now. it takes materials to level, which either require gathering professions, really nice friends, or gold. and then once max, require the same to make more gold. and this is why i say go with gathering professions for now. Luckily once you get to feeling comfortable with going to crafting there are a few options that does become preference. if you want your professions to also benefit your toon gear-wise. i would say look into becoming eventually, tailoring/enchanting <--- good combo there as tailoring requires cloth which anyone can get and that cloth gear can then be disenchanted easily for enchanting. alchemy/jewelcrafting <--- another good combo that allows you to transmute gems with alchemy to be used by jewelcrafting. the other good thing about all of these is that they would benefit you gear-wise as a lock. tailoring can be used to make yourself BoE gear at the start of an expansion or even large content patches like new raids and such (BoE gear is generally added to help people gear for new content). Enchanting would allow you to more cheaply enchant your gear. JC would allow you to gem your gear. Alchemy allows you to more easily get flasks ( bonus stats to the flasks as well as double duration are the bonuses of alchemy that also makes flasks better for them too), more for raiding but useful nonetheless. remember that the cheaper thing for these is that if you make them yourself you dotn have to pay markup from someone else, or make nice friends :p
In the end, good luck to you on your endeavors and on figuring out which profession you want more. also, if you end up getting a couple alts with max profession and such and feel like really trying to make some gold crafting, check out an addon called tradeskillmaster. a bit complicated to learn at first. (easy to do very basic stuff but to go past that requires a bit of work and looking around and stuff) its a great addon for managing professions and figuring out what would actually make you a profit and such.

Hey Danmart2009, as a Warlock myself I would suggest Tailoring/Enchanting. Both provide decent bonuses. Power leveling them can be expensive. It will require farming and as much gold as you are willing to spend. A good thing about this combo is when you make tailored items you can Disenchant them for leveling mats for enchanting. Questing the lowbie stuff will give you quest rewards to be disenchanted as well as giving rep with the core city factions.
You can make some gold by selling bags or using enchanting velums, sold at inscription/trade vendors. You can enchant a velum and sell the scroll on the AH. It may not make your gold back at the lower levels, but does defray some of the cost.
With the profession changes in MoP it is easier to level those professions. It will take time and likely some gold unless you are good friends with a black smith (which makes the rods for enchanting and a couple items needed for tailoring.). Tailoring will allow you to make raid gear at max level and if you want to do PvP, you can make the entry level PvP gear.
If you just want professions to make extra money, go with gathering professions. The problem is you will have to start in the beginning zones and level those professions up. No short cuts and no buying things at the AH to level faster. Now that you can fly everywhere, it will go quicker.
Good luck in your adventures!

I've had a lot of fun with Engineering on my warlock... The tinkers can be a super useful supplement to your class abilities (sprint and glider are super fun in pvp) and the glove tinker is a burst CD (as opposed to the flat stat you get from all the other professions). I wouldn't take Mining with it though because stamina isn't a dps stat. You can fund engineering by selling leather or herbs though.
