This is a fansite and has no official connection with Blizzard. Closing your account is entirely within the purview of the company and is not 'against human rights'. By all means, file a lawsuit, and watch with dismay as your lawyer declines your business after reading the ToS.

Yup, Blizzard has every right to ban your account for whatever reason. If you only tried to solve this by doing online tickets, I suggest you give them a call and talk with someone in person.
Here
is a post on the official forums about this happening to someone else. There are several options as to why your account came up.

was it referred to ingame economy? or real life economy?
the ingame economy might be related to gold buying or related issues as said above.
If it meant real life economy, it may be related to playing from certain countries.

First off, your account was NOT banned. But I guarantee you that right now it was hacked.
The email you received was fake, it was not from Blizzard. A bad guys send you an email saying you are banned. They then provide a link for you to click on where you can request more information. You follow the link, and login to the site using your password.. But the site was not Blizzard, it was a fake site that now has your WOW password.
google ´phishing´.

If you read his post carefully, it appears that he has actually put in official tickets and the response has been that the ban was upheld. I imagine if he has put in tickets, and gotten a response, then it's not from a phishing website.

It's in the ToS, they can ban anyone. Of course they only do it if they have a good reason, and to them they had one when they banned your account.
It could be any number of things that set off their alarm. Give them a call on Monday, I believe they might be closed on Sundays. Talking to someone is a lot easier, and sometimes faster, when trying to figure something out.

It's a US holiday on Monday- they might not be open until Tuesday.

Exactly what it was you did that tripped the alarm, Blizzard will not tell you. They don't want to give the black-hats information they can use to try to get around the protections.
This is why they won't tell you exactly what happened.
And what would Blizzard be thieving? They have no reason too. And if you feel that they aren't reading the tickets, which I assure you they do, then call them and talk to someone about it.

Again though, just like it says in the ToS, Blizzard can ban you whenever you want. Contact them by phone on Tuesday and try to get the account back that way.

Phone or the newfangled live chat.
There's always the chance of being hacked.

Mathematically the idea that blizzard bans accounts to make money makes no sense.
Right now, they're having a sale where the battle chest is only $5, Cata is only $10, and MOP is only 20. Meaning a new account for you to earn a bunch of 85's would only cost 15, which is only 1 month of an active subscription. It make a new account with end level toons would cost $35. If one person quits wow over completely losing their account, then blizzard would need 12 other people to re-buy everything just to break even over the course of a year, and more if you count the cost in labor to have someone working to ban accounts and answer tickets about it. I don't think that, if I completely lost my account, I'd probably re-start at this stage in the game, and I'd be be willing to bet that about half of most long-term players would feel the same way, so this "scheme" would end up costing Blizzard a lot of money if they were doing it for that reason. Blizzard loses money on closed accounts- they don't make more.
The usual complaint you hear on the forums is that Blizzard doesn't ban accounts quickly enough. There are a number of people who complain that there are people who use the same character to spam racism or vulgarity in chat day after day and no matter how often they get reported they don't get banned. People complain that Blizzard, because they ban botters in waves, doesn't respond to individual reports about botting quickly enough. You're not going to find a lot of support or anecdotal evidence for Blizzard being too quick to ban accounts in general, because most people who have an opinion on the matter seem to complain in the other direction.
If Blizzard banned your account, then it's because you either were actually doing something wrong, or were engaging in activities that made it look like you were up to something, or you got hacked and THEY were doing something wrong with your account. If you were not doing so, then Blizzard should be able to sort things out. But there is no way that they're doing it for money, because banning accounts costs them money.
Keep in mind that "economic" bans don't always have to do with buying gold. There are a number of other things they might view as having a negative impact on the economy. If you and your friends were mailing large sums of gold to each other that can look suspicious. If you were trying to control the AH market by buying really, really large quantities of things and reposting them at ridiculous prices, that might do it. If you were farming a certain item and put huge quantities of it up for sale that might have raised suspicions. If you had engaged in something that people thought was a scam- I think those lotteries that people used to do have been banned, for example- then that might do it. If you were transferring large numbers of pets between servers (with your 50 85's) with the caging system, that might have triggered it. There are a lot of possibilities. And while it makes sense for them to not tell you what evidence they have because then they're handing botters and gold sellers the ways to get around the system, they should be able to tell you the nature of the offense.(##RESPBREAK##)8##DELIM##ElhonnaDS##DELIM##

Everyone get's hacked at least once; however, it is on you to get the account unlocked. So, on Tuesday, call them and find out what you need to do get your account back.

Maybe I missed something, but if your account is banned, how is it possible for you to submit a ticket?
I think a lot may have been lost through translation; OP rezasword does not seem to be a native English speaker. "ticket" may be more along the lines of email communication. That said...
Best of luck to you, rezasword, on Tuesday when you call customer service to plead your case. We fans here at Wowhead cannot do anything except offer tidbits of generalized advice and consolation.
