Between a Rock and a Thistlefur

I am trying to get some sweet mog legs from an ashenvale quest "king of the foulweald". in order to get that one, you need to do the quest "between a rock and a thistlefur". However, i am not able to get this quest. does anyone know if the later has any prerecs?

I see you found your way to the database, good. Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be much info there either.
I suggest doing other quest in that hub, that will most likely unlock these quests.
