I would improve the macro though. If you take the time to select a friendly target, activate the macro, and then re-select the enemy target, it's a lot of unnecessary clicking. By using @mouseover in combination with the raid frames, you'll save yourself some time.
#showtooltip
/use Soulstone
You could even install
Clique
and get the same functionality, but you'll want to run a custom macro (the second macro above) so that you don't accidentally soulstone someone who isn't dead.

I can't think of a reason why you'd need to make sure that the dead player is also a party/raid member; but, there's actually a conditional for that. Not to be confused with
group
which checks to see if
you
are in a group:
party
will pass for units either in your non-raid party or in your numbered raid group.
raid
will pass for units in either a party or a raid with you, regardless of your group.
So, to do exactly what the OP asked in terms of conditionals...
#showtooltip
/use Soulstone
I added
target
as a fallback for
mouseover
-- no reason not to.

I second the suggestion of Vuhdo for any role / class - not just for healer. I have it enabled for every class I play.

Even though I wrote SmartRes2 (
Curse
,
WowInterface
), I don't play a Warlock, but I suspect it will work. If not, let me know; SR2 is designed
not
to have a button to resurrect during combat because it would conflict with the smart code. However, it should work for Warlocks out of combat.

Why would you think that?

Think that you didn't? I didn't. I just didn't think that you did as I didn't remember seeing your name over here, before.

In that case, hi!
