Hello.
I would like to know if this add on exists :
an add on that shows on the map where are the exact locations that triggers a "Discovery" (not only the ones that counts for some achievements).
If not do you think it is possible to create this add on ?
Thanks :)

What do you mean by "discovery"?
If you mean unexplored areas of the map, which you need to unveil for
Universal Explorer
, there is a possibility:
Mapster
can remove the so-called "fog of war" on the zone maps, but can also change its color instead, making it stand out more than the default brown-ish texture, so you can find small non-obvious unexplored areas.
If you mean the
Lore scrolls
around Pandaria that you have to "read" (right-click) to eventually reach Exalted reputation with
The Lorewalkers
, there is
HandyNotes_Lorewalkers
for use with
HandyNotes
, which shows unread scrolls on the map.
There's also
HandyNotes_LostAndFound
for the
Lost and Found
treasures. It also shows several grey drops that don't count for the achievement (just money for selling the items) so in retrospect, this may be what you're after.

Sorry, my explanation was unclear.
I meant by "Discovery" the yellow text that pops with a sound on top of the screen. Some reveals new areas on the map, some does not (and those are where the add on would help, as there is no way to "know" if some areas are Discovered, for exemple on some solo Scenarios).

Then it's the first part of my reply. However, each patch of the map that you can uncover in turn consists of several smaller subzones, and I fear there is no way to properly find out whether you have explored them yet or not, as both the map and the achievement only count the general area. If you visited one smaller subzone, all parts of the patch count as discovered, even though you still might get the "Discovered:" message in some cases.

Tried Mapster, but it seems to only help for things already showed on the map.
We know that somewhere on the database of our character a value indicates if we "Discovered" a small subzone or not (because those small zones are never re-discovered again on the same character, it has to be tracked somewhere).
This add on (or tool) would help completionists like me that wants to discover every bit of every map; achievement or the game's map is not enough as it only shows the greater parts on the map, not the micro sub zones ; p (things like for instance "Lost Way" or "Hidden Graveyard" that would never show on the map because it's too small).
Any idea ? ^^
