And you would call it The Axis of Comedy Relief, yes (seriously,
Ghosts

Also, the Naga being former High Elves wouldn't align themselves with anything less than a God or Titan, Azshara being a bit of a social climber.

The Naga could be the ruling caste (Look at SSC) of Broken Dranei and Murlocs. That's three races in one faction:) Toss in some Gorlocs and maybe those deep Murlocs from Vash´jir and youll get a spongebob faction.

Um....no; after the quests in Outland, there are only the 'good' Broken left, who have gone on to rejoin their fellow Draenei. Akama makes that pretty clear at the end of BT what he is going to be doing next.

Would you want a new Faction in WOW? I mean a faction of new races not alligned with either the Horde or the Alliance. I think a third party would certainly liven things up and I like the idea of a Faction that exists in secret plotting against the two. It could be made up of Naga, Ghosts, Kobolds, Wendigo's and Furbolg.
Fans of Dark Age of Camelot really sing the praises of having a third faction and I think it could make for some interesting PvP.
I don't really see what it will bring to the table for PvE.

I would only tolerate the creation of a third faction if it means that the Forsaken become a faction comprising Undead, Belves, Tauren, Gorlocs, and Nerubians.
Otherwise, no.

If you ask me another faction would just complicate things too much. 2's company, 3's a crowd.

Yeah, it would be nice. What about High Elves, Dark Elves and....Undead Humans?

A third faction could be a BG-only thing with a third side and not something that effects the whole game. Lets say Blizz introduces a new BG called "Hellfire Mines", a minecart resource gathering thing, 15 alliance and 15 Horde gets queued up, 5 of each side forms the third faction, so its 10vs 10 vs 10 and gets transformed into Fel Orcs for the duration of the BG. Gets a "faction" specific language and some extra achieves for when playing as the BGs third faction.
Fel Orcs can be substituted for nagas, kobolds, Scourge... whatever really.
