I want to fear lava again!

I remember the old days when falling into lava was the end of you.
Running around in blackrock mountain on the chains was the scariest and if you fell you were dead!
I want to experience that again and i don't want to feel like i'm invincible, cause right now lava is more like falling into water- It is so unrealistic.
So my suggestion is that blizzard changes the damage you take from lava to percent instead of a set number, like when you drown or take fatigue damage.
I want to fall into (or not fall into) lava and feel like i'm gonna die, loosing 10 or 20 % of my health every second!
A little personal off-topic experiences: What i've realized in Pandaria expansion is that the more i fear in the game and the smaller or the more insignificant i feel compared to something, the better the experience is.
It's all about the challange!
And i personally think 5.4 has been very near to what i felt like in Vanilla, when everything was so much stronger than i was even though i still had great gear that i really fought for to get.
5.4 is still very different from vanilla, but i hope you get my point.
Make me fear lava blizZ!

I don't think that is possible, I think we HP5 faster than it damages
If you stand in it long enough you will die.
Your avatar might not.
But you will.
