How to handle disc priest, resto druid in BGs?

Howdy guys, I'm a returning WOTLK player:
http://us.battle.net/wow/en/character/scilla/Surradai/simple
I recently started playing MoP and have leveled my first character up to max and have begun gearing him. My Armory profile is showing PVE gear at the moment, however in PVP gear I have similar hit/exp and roughly 27% PVP power with my trinket and T14 weapons.
I'm having a hell of a time being effective in BGs in a combat perspective. I can do objectives just fine (non-stop bomb/wagon running in SotA, flag running, etc.) but when it comes to try to kill anything with a healer behind it, or the healer itself, I fall flat.
Disc priests with 10-15 ilvls below me and less PVP gear literally do *not* take damage at all. Rarely will they drop below 90%, and they hardly ever cast anything interruptable. Here are some examples of rotations I've tried against a disc priest, and nothing has worked:
Cheap shot -> mutilate -> envenom -> mutilate -> WOTF -> muti+envenom (straight burst)
Garrote -> mutilate -> rupture -> WOTF -> mutilate -> SnD -> muti+envenom
Garrote -> muti+envenom
Ambush -> muti -> kidney -> muti+envenom
I could probably list a dozen other variants that I've tried, mixing in both types of engineering enchants, Vendetta and even Shadow Blades (though I try to save this for paladins etc.). Nothing I do can get a dent on these healers, and due to the extensive list of instant cast abilities, I rarely get interrupt opportunities.
The days of CS/KS + Gouge + KS + Blind shenanigans seem to be long behind us, and while I was a proficient PVPer in the past, I just can't get a handle on being effective now. Between healers and plate classes I feel downright silly.

For myself, I find the following works best. Disc priests, you want to stay on your target, the priest loves it when you switch targets to someone with a bubble on them already. Restro druids, force them to pop tree of life, then burn them, try to kick and stun as much as possible of course, or split dps and make them heal themselves and someone else at the same time. They're good at light group damage, and tunneling heals on one person, but bad at keeping multiple people up at the same time.
But the best thing is probably cc them and try to burn their support down then focus them down. or sit on them and int/stun as much as possible while others kill the other dps

yea, its difficult to solo a holy pally since our hits give him holy charges, same with restro shammy, our hits give him mana back so its impossible for him to go oom. you'll have to make him screw up if you want to kill him. that said, restro shams have like 0 defensive cds and most of their abilites needs to be cast, so get a good chain of ints and stuns on a sham and you should be able to kill him.

With current PvP setup you arent supposed to be able to defeat equally geared and equally skilled healing player as a dps in 1v1. You just cant. So stop trying. If you gank them many vs 1 it really doesnt matter what buttons you press.
Yes. I read somewhere, a blue post I believe awhile back stating that healers, in the current state of the game, are meant to be able to keep 3 players alive(dungeons/raids/etc)so taking on one head to head is generally a bad idea. You won't lost, really, but you just won't be able to kill them.

For restro druids, in a 3v3 arena, I'd suggest sitting on the other two and keep rolling ccs (gouge) on the druid, and possibly keeping dots on him making him dispell. Do this until he goes oom basically. With all the instant casts he has, its better to sit on his friends.
