Siege of Orgrimmar has so far been a great raid, with fun bosses with interesting mechanics. Garrosh Hellscream has been no exception. But is he too hard? I have not yet killed Garrosh on normal mode, and have accumulated a grand total of 53 wipes on him (3 of which have been 3% wipes). Is the fight overturned? Or am I just raiding with the wrong people. Fights stop being interesting after a good amount of wipes, and I understand that he may be intentionally hard to prove a point about end boss difficulty. But looking at wow progress, there is nearly a 50% difference between the amount of guilds that have downed Paragons and the amount of guilds that have downed Garrosh.

It wasnt too bad.
I killed him after 18 attempts on the first week the raid was released.
The only thing that really causes a wipe were the mind controls in phase 3 with people losing focus and not interrupting the cast.
What exactly is causing your wipes?

Paragons normal is pretty forgiving in terms of execution, I'm not sure the "compare end boss to last previous boss" is entirely appropriate for SoO. Garrosh requires people to be on the ball both for specific tasks and general performance to a far greater extent, Blackfuse would probably be a better comparison.
I don't know about 25man, but if you're 10man, are you 2 or 3healing it?
As for whether it's overtuned or not, I wouldn't say so. My guild didn't start raiding until a while after the patch hit but according to our logs we killed him in 11 tries. Think our tanks were still slightly undergeared still at that point, because one was a recent reroll and the other hadn't been active during the previous patch.
