Try something like this:
#showtooltip
/focus
/cast Fear
/stopmacro
/clearfocus

An easier one:
/targetlasttarget
/cast fear
EDIT: If for whatever reason you are only interested in using focus however I would try this:
/cast fear
/targetlasttarget

All of the above ones are quite confusing.
Say, against the paladin / warrior team.
you target the paladin and write
/focus
then, whenever you want to fear the focus, you press this macro:
/cast Fear

Are you serious? If you grasp even just the most basic ideas of how to use a macro then the two that I posted are very very simple. The macro you posted is basically the same as the second one I posted except mine would switch back to your "kill" target automatically.

The way conditionals work is that they cast without actually changing your target.
The one I use for Shackle Undead should work fine for this too:#showtooltip
/focus
/clearfocus
/cast FearPretty similar to the one Unbarc copied from wowwiki. While that one works it's a little badly coded and can be reworked into:#showtooltip
/clearfocus
/stopmacro
/focus mouseover
/cast FearI also suggest setting up macros like /cast
In any case, if you have trouble getting used to it, all you need is a /focusand a/cast macro.

I'm not exactly too bright on fear macros, but im trying to see if its possible to create a macro especially for PvP which includes pulling the pet off the target fear was casted on, and then the pet would re-attack once fear is broken. Any Suggestions?
