Probably because they don't see what Elemental Weapons actually does (+15 bonus healing per talent point: max-rank Earthliving is 150 bonus healing...), they just see "I imbue Earthliving, this buffs Earthliving... MUST HAVE!"
Elemental Weapons is a complete waste of talent points for resto, and an iffy-but-not-actually-BAD talent for Elemental. I wish people would understand this.

^ I wish noobs would stop giving advice ^
Anyway, Arakareeis.
These talents you don't need.
unrelenting storm - elemental precision - totem of wrath
Consider these talents
elemental warding - improved fire nova totem - astral shift - elemental weapons - lava flows - guardian totems - earth's grasp
Seiji, do you not know what "resto" is? You listed a bunch of deep Elemental talents like Lava Flows and Astral Shift.
I think that alone is worth ignoring your advice on PvP resto.

Make pvp specs not war
Ok :D

That's what I'd personally do if I was going to make a PvP resto spec. It gives you every resto survivability talent and as much healing output as you can get. If I was a 2s healer (or 3s with a ranged class as one of the remaining two players) I'd obviously drop the chainheal talent and put those into Thundering Strikes.
Thundering Strikes > Tidal Mastery if you have to choose between them, and I go that far into Enhance anyway for the Improved Shields.

Well, first of all, don't mention account buying/selling on here, it's a good way to get yourself in lots of trouble. Violates the WoW EULA and all.
Skirmish arenas are open (70 bracket, 71-75, 76-80 is my understanding).
Either way, yes, crit is nice, but healers have this nasty, NASTY tendency to get focus-fired, you need the survivability. improved ghost wolf is hard for me to consider giving up, I might choose it over the crit, but lots of people don't like it so I omitted it from that build suggestion >_>

Ad hominem, eh?
Well if you refuse to address the ISSUE and merely dismiss my argument because of who's making it, I'm just going to report you for trolling. Sorry. Ad Hominem is not a justifiable reason to dismiss someone else's advice to a third party.
As for "looking at his link", it doesn't matter what spec he is currently, he's asking for PvP Resto builds.

No it is not Ad Hominem. Read what is written!
I was looking at his link.
JaxOmen, go take your medication or something. You have only 2 talent respecs, and are not even level 80. You simply don't have any experience, so go level your toon, and actually try builds out before dictating your nonsense.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ad_hominem
An ad hominem argument, also known as argumentum ad hominem (Latin: "argument to the man", "argument against the man") consists of replying to an argument or factual claim by attacking or appealing to a characteristic or belief of the person making the argument or claim, rather than by addressing the substance of the argument or producing evidence against the claim. The process of proving or disproving the claim is thereby subverted, and the argumentum ad hominem works to change the subject.
