Warmage Kath'leen sells the following items for Nethershard.

Cauterizing Void Shard at Honored for 0 Nethershard: An item with a Cauterize effect that provides an instant heal and then damages the player over time.
Legionfall Banner at Honored for 0 Nethershard: A decorative item that summons a banner with the Legionfall logo.
Legion Pocket Portal at Revered for 0 Nethershard: A toy which summons a dangerous portal. This item was originally added during Legion's alpha and players have been searching for it for months.
Repurposed Fel Focuser at Revered for 0 Nethershard: An elixir which grant +500 to a primary stat. This is in the tradition of items from past expansions like Oralius' Whispering Crystal.
Legion Invasion Simulator at Exalted for 0 Nethershard: Summons a toy Legion ship which does battle! Seems like it will work similar to vehicle toys like Darkmoon Tonk Controller.
Legionfall Tabard at Exalted for 0 Nethershard: Tabard with the Legionfall Logo.

Crystal of Insanity (MoP) : Looted from crystals on Timeless Isle, very easy to get on any toon.

Oralius' Whispering Crystal (WoD) : Reward from Garrison Inn quest, easy enough to get on any toon.

Repurposed Fel Focuser (Legion) : Requires Revered rep with a newly introduced faction Armies of Legionfall in Patch 7.2.

Good Luck getting this on multiple toons, as the not so alt-friendly Legion's trend continues ...

I was curious if it actually does increase all the primary stats, or just the one that's deemed important to your spec.

While in caster form, only stamina and intellect is increased. As soon as you enter cat or bear form, strength and agility are also increased (strength has no actual effect on a druid, I was just curious if it was also increased.)

When a restoration or balance druid shifts into an animal form, their intellect is automatically converted into agility by the Killer Instinct passive. This means they double dip the Fel Focuser buff, giving it close to the value of a flask while in an animal form.

Intellect is increased by 525 instead of the expected 500 due to the 5% bonus from the Leather Specialisation passive.

I compared with no artifact weapon equipped, as they provide a percentage increase to stamina values which would have added confusion. With a 45 trait G'Hanir equipped, the Fel Focuser provides a caster form stamina increase of 1141.

I would expect agility in cat and bear form to be increased by 1025 (525 converted from intellect, 500 directly as agility) instead of the 1045 I found. I don't know where the extra 20 comes from.

The default UI doesn't display agility or strength values for a restoration druid, so all these numbers were found by typing:

@Phoenixblade - asking for something to track this buff so you know when to refresh it - you could use a WeakAura. I've used a similar aura for some things I wanted to watch, such as the Wow Anniversary Token when leveling alts. Here's an import string:

Crucially this is a battle ELIXIR, not a flask. As such when you die, the buff disappears, and your elixir is unusable till the 15min cooldown wears off. So - try not to die :)

Although the tooltip says its a 1hr buff, if used twice when the 15 min cooldown is up, you can extend it to 2hrs.

EDIT: Blizzard fixed this, now it becomes soulbound once you use it.

You can buy it, apply the buff, then sell it back. Buff will persist.

The only thing about this item that does make any sense. The tooltip info states - Counts as both a Battle and Guardian elixir. Yet does stay active after death like other Battle and Guardian elixirs do.

If you don't want to invest this many nethershards while you're still grinding out other things, you can always use it, and then sell it back to the vendor every 2 hours. Until Blizz figures that out.

For some reason, this is weaker than Oralius' Whispering Crystal in Timewalking dungeons.

In TW, Repurposed Fel Focuser gives 13 Str/Agi/Int and 19 Stam, whereas Oralius' Whispering Crystal gives 16 Str/Agi/Stam/Int

Yes, this item can be used over and over again. It is NOT like a consumable that once used (consumed) it is gone. One thing I also really like about this is, I have a Demon Hunter, that has a very similar item called “Inquisitor’s Menacing Eye”, and they work the same but this gives more buffs.

Love this item, and will use it throughout the next expansion until the next expansion, like the one before it, grants a brand new repeatable buff.

On that note, why does this have better stats than the one we can get for 40,000g from Argus? (Lightforged Augment Rune)

Whether bug or not, this item can stack to a 2 hour duration (I currently have mine showing 3 hours but i know its not 3 hours, kinda like using an extra flask its probably the same kinda deal 2 hour 15 minutes.)

The 8.2 patch for Battle for Azeroth dropped a mere 15 days ago, but I can't help wondering if a replacement for this has been found. As lovelywaz was so nice to point out in a post from 13 March 2017, there has been a version of this in MoP, WoD, and Legion so far - and I would guess there's probably a BoA version somewhere, at least I hope so. Should anyone come across it, please be so kind as to direct us towards it. Mechagon, perhaps? But it could just as easily be in Nazjatar for all I know right now.

As of 23 December 2020-

I am not sure if this is a mistake or not, but I have been using Repurposed Fel Focuser.

It still works in Shadodwlands and it is +2 more to a stat than the seemingly way too expensive Lightning-Forged Augment Rune.

It is available from Warmage Kath'leen for 7500 Nethershards and requires Revered with Armies of Legionfall.

Hope this post will save someone some gold before blizz figures out older is better.

Just a heads up for Shadowlands, but this now only gives 7stats to Str/Agil/Int and 11 to stamina. I'm not sure what the weaker versions give these days, since I deleted them on my main. I can check later on alts and edit though (If I remember)

Blizzard, please explain why this has not mode the "toy" list yet?

Given a bunch of random stuff has already been added to the toy list, I don't see why so much other crap has to sit in my bank taking up space, instead of being a toy that any alt can get some use out of. Such items currently cluttering up my bank that should really be given toy status include:

Corrupted Primal Obelisk it's Draenor only anyway.
Carved Drinking Horn We have plenty of health toys, why not mana?
Obsidian Frostwolf Petroglyth Minor Rested XP Buff*
Flight Master's Whistle usable for known flight points
Oralius' Whispering Crystal tired of getting this on every alt.
Repurposed Fel Focuser same, BFA upgrade of above**.
Brawler's Bottomless Draenic Strength Potion. currently serves no purpose, but the free slot would be nice for when the Areana returns
Anti-Doom Broom what was this even for? lol
Blazing Sigil of Ordos currently a stack item, easily changable to a toy
Thunderlord Grapple Limited zone use but it's not a quest specific item.

*Found out checking it on Wowhead, I never got to use it. Dunno if it is a consumable, or reusable, but given it's only rested xp, it could work as a toy, I believeit only provides one bar anyway.
**For the price at the time (rep and a ton of currency), this should have been account wide anyway. I still use this in SL lol

As 10.0.0.46313 (dragonflight) it buffs only for 1 hour. It can't be stacked 60 mins max, prior to dragonflight it gave 2 hours buff + reusing it made 3 hrs (2 hrs +-30mins).
