All innkeepers in capital city's in Azeroth sell this meat. buy it from a city you are exalted with and and you save 96 silver per 20x you buy (5x cost 1g 52s at friendly, 1g 28s at exalted).

For Hunters with Tenacity pets that eat meat (Scorpid for example) this is the best food (onlly food that I've found via vendors) to feed your pet as it provides 35 happiness per tick.
