Well, if they would implement some additional reward system, for example for doing a certain percentage of damage to boss, let's call that "Demon blood" meter. When it reaches 100% you get 20% increase in chance of getting weapon/warforged/weapon token from a big legion chest. And the meter could be filled, let's say, 2-3 times. Guess that would motivate people to act, not just afk and tag in the end of the fight.
how about reducing the freaking lag and fps dropping from second and fourth wave bosses on invasions?… it's ridiculous and it only happens on those times

Invasions are the easiest way to level ever. I'm glad that you don't get xp when you're dead because it makes mass levelling of multiboxed toons less common. The way it works now is great for people who are actively participating. If you occasionally miss some xp because you fail at mechanics then git gud.
