Just checked the PTR, unless it hasn't been pushed yet this is a fake. Screenshot of where the Delicia Fay character "should" be:http://i52.tinypic.com/2e3bazq.jpg
same i want this soo bad but 500g really?
If this is a joke I'm gonna kill myself.
IF this is on the PTR and IF the effect works on a variety of armor right now (basic, old world, BC, Wrath, Cata, greens, blues, etc.) then I guess I can believe that it will show up on live servers in the patch. I really doubt they'd write working code for this kind of thing (it would require either completely redoing the way things are textured or implementing some kind of awesome spell effects to perform color filtering) just for a joke.If it's only pix, or if the vendors/items are on the PTR but don't work then:Awwwwwww.... epic April Fools joke makes me wish this was actually gonna happen. :C
Guys, why on earth would a booty bay NPC wear a warglaive of Azzinoth? This is too blatantly obvious.
Tink's kind of a badass--they've reused other armor sets and weapons before on vendor/tribute NPCs to get a personality across. I agree it's kind of showy but I can see why it's used and she does look awesome :) But if I was at Blizz, I would have gone with just Tho'ridal without other weapons, a little more subtle.

If this is an April Fools...I will be pissed.
I like the fact that when you mouse over the dye links it shows a cost of 250g. Then when you see the screenshot to the right and/or go to the link it says 500g. Must have been up late working on this one, lol. Only if it was true, would be cool.EDIT: Oh, forgot to mention, was on the PTR when I read this. I figured what the heck so I went to look. I looked at every hut, no vendors..
Well, asuming it's not a joke:I like the effort, but unfortunately unless they somehow change their views about how to obtain them, I'll never see one of these.first they cost 500g a piece, that on it's own is bad enough, but then they are not unlimited, they take well over 1 hour to respawn (If not 1 day), and the cherry on top is that they aren't BoP.bottom line, that shop will ALLWAYS be empty, and each of these dyes will be on the AH for no less than 9000 gold each.this smells "Battered Hilt" all over it, let's hope they don't repeat that fiasco. Thanks to the battered hilt not being BoP, getting one was absurdly hard, since you had to be lucky enough for one to drop, and lucky enough to win a need roll against 5 other people. In the end if you wanted one, the only sure-way to get it was to shell over 11k on the AH.this has the potential to be even worst if changes aren't made.there are 16 gear slots, removing trinkets, rings, neck, belt cloak, melee weapon and ranged weapon/relic that leaves 6 slots: head, shoulders, chest, gloves, boots, legs.As it is, if they leave it the way it is, it would cost 3000 gold to dye all your gear. That is MORE THAN ENOUGH gold to sink in what is basically vanity. Plus u'd have to buy even more dyes once you upgrade those pieces.however if the dyes are of limited supply, have a long respawn timer, and aren't BoP expect these on the AH costing well over 10k each if not more. Wich means in order to dye all your set you'd have to shell 50k gold total.and that is just insane. IN-SANE. I Honestly hope this is not a joke, and I hope blizz reconsiders the god-aweful way they are implementing these.Posible Solution: Make the Dyes BoP, and have the supply be unlimited. Yep is that simple, 3k gold to fully dye your gear is more than enough gold sink
hmm, The "ghost dye" spells April Fools prank, but it'd be nice if it was real.
