One last thing to say on this post: They had better be paladins and hunters!
As a Worgen Druid main since Cata came out, I am psyched beyond belief for Kul Tiran Druids and that's what I'll be swapping to the very instant it's available, regardless of whether it has special forms (though those wicker beasts are 10/10 too).I know I sound pretty confident for the fact that there's nothing confirmed yet, but between the datamining and the content in Alpha, and just common sense, I am comfortable being this confident it will happen. To those of you who are sharting your pants in rage over the possibility of this happening, I don't know what to say to you except relax and don't make one if you don't like it. Let the rest of us enjoy this.
OMG! Too funny!I was first just going to comment on the fact that there will now be a playable Groot, in game. O.oBut, then I was equally amused by fellow comment posters arguing on whether or not a make-believe, digital race is racist or not. Wow! Good times! :-D
It might be a good thing they aren't the same druids of every game out there with druids. They've already mentioned their death magic and the other side of the cycle of life and death. Who cares about history? WoW does what it wants, appropriates what it wants, and adapts what it wants and always has and usually in a tongue and cheek kind of way. No reason anyone needs to get all professor like. It is a game. Admittedly, one I've been playing for over a decade, but it is still a game.
Thank you for this! Also, I am a little annoyed (still) that after ALL we did for the Nightborne (admittedly for our own goals), the Shal'Dorei weren't a neutral race. You could say the same for Highmountain Tauren, I guess, but still. I'm bummed! :)I'll be interested to see how the Kul'Tiran druids play out.Cheers folk!
