She's inside the cave after you kill Vile Priestess Hexx, surrounded by three guards. A party consisting of a warrior, priest, mage, rogue and shaman did the trick for me, all of us above level 50 though :/

Deep inside the cave around a pool with a strange green glowing thing she patrols around the pool with her three guards, and there is one add you will want to kill before you go and aggro her as well. Completed this with a 50 protection paladin and a 54 Holy priest, with nice gear.

As of 2.3 she and her guards are no longer Elite, so this is soloable but can be tricky without solid crowd control.

Solo'd as an affliction lock. VW on adds, keep her feared, dot dot dot, win.

Soloed as a 49 Tauren Druid, Feral with a side of Resto (29/11). If you stealth to her, I'd recommend killing off the patrols nearest her little pool before taking on her and the two adds that do a conga-line with her. I'd like to say that was part of my strategy, but the truth is one detected me, set off aggro on another, and then they ran into the next nearest guard before I killed them. Then I recharged health/mana, stealthed, and Shredded Hitah'ya (Pounce would work as well). Concentrated entirely on her, killed and looted while the others beat on me, figuring I'd better grab the key in case I didn't survive. Then I used War Stomp and Healing Touch, back to kittyform, slaughtered the other two.

I didn't even realize that Hitah'ya is the healer of the group. So I blundered into the correct strategy. It would've been much harder if I'd attacked the adds first.

soloed as a 48 shaman. charged in, hit hitah'ya with stormstrike, earth shock, dropped a stoneclaw totem for the adds, dropped a grounding totem for hitah'yas spells, then hammered away with windfury, had to heal 6 times and refresh water shield 12 times and pop lifeblood. made it by the skin on my teeth

easily solo'ed as a 50 fury warrior. I just killed all mobs around her, charged in, used shield block, then shield wall, and within 2 shield slams she was dead

As a 51 Elemental shaman, I found her difficult to solo at first. Her two guards shield slam, which interrupts and stuns for a bit, and there are some other mobs you could possibly pull with the original three. However, I was able to solo it with this strategy:

Clear the surrounding mobs first. You need to be able to fight the Keeper and her two guards without interference. Next, run in and cast Stoneclaw totem right off the bat, followed by grounding totem, healing stream, and totem of wrath. Pummel the Keeper with lightning bolts, keep water shield up at all times, and refresh stoneclaw whenever you can/need to. Warstomp and heal if things get tricky, and use chain lightning once you've nuked down the keeper. She heals and casts some nasty shadow spells, and once you kill her, if you're in danger of dieing with no way to heal, you can run, take the key, and die without consequence. It might be a bit tough if you get surprised with extra mobs or some unlucky shield slams from the guards. Good luck!

She takes quite a while to respawn so be sure to loot her first in case you kill her and die to adds.

Solo'd her as a lvl 46 holy pala; buffs were BoK and SoW, gear was a mix of dungeon drops, heirloom gear, random greenies and honor stuff. Focus on the adds first, by letting them slowly kill themselves on your retribution aura (use aura mastery whenever it's up) and keeping judgement of justice up so they don't run off when they finally get to low health. Do not use mana on stuff aside from judging and healing yourself as this is a very long fight. I tried killing her first but she renewed all the time and I couldn't kill her faster than it healed her with her guards along, so I switched to them instead and it worked out much better.
