Amalia is a Master Pet Tamer at the Dalaran Pet Tournament found behind the graveyard area in Legion's Dalaran. She is available to fight whenever her Pet Battle World Quest pops up, 'Fight Night: Amalia!'

To level a pet on this fight, I used the Lifelike Mechanical Frostboar (Missile/Pig-out/Decoy) and my Race Mini-Zep (Missile/Decoy/Overtune). Mechanical damage and Decoy are the key, so either of those could be swapped for the new Alarm-o-Bot, the Darkmoon Zeppelin or the Mechanical Axebeak. The speed and heal of the Frostboar make him especially valuable for this fight.

Leveling Strategy
Round 1- Start with your leveling pet, and use any move. Switch to your Frostboar. Use Decoy, then spam Missile. Use Pig-out whenever you need a heal. Continue spamming Missile and using Decoy on cooldown and you should chew through the Corgis well before you run out of pets.

Amalia is a Master Pet Tamer on the outskits of Dalaran City at 28.1 , 23.2 .
She features Stumpers,Foof, and Lil' Sizzle; All 3 are Beast-type pets.
You get to battle against her team when the daily quest Fight Night: Amalia is offered up to at random amongst the other new pet dailies we're seeing in Legion.

Fight Night: Amalia is part of the meta achievement Battle on the Broken Isles rewarding Broken Pet Portal

It's also worth mentioning that Amalia is part of these 10 achievements listed below, where we will need to defeat her with 3 of each creature-type.
Aquatic Acquiescence Mousing Around Best of the Beasts Dragons!Ragnaros, Watch and Learn Flock Together Murlocs, Harpies, and Wolvar, Oh My!Master of Magic Roboteer The Lil' Necromancer

For some reason, this is a second NPC entry for Amalia.

Fight Night: Amalia is randomly available in Dalaran (27.89, 23.20) and only visible if you've unlocked World Quests. Rewards will vary.

Amalia will have the following team (all level 25 rares):

1. Foof	beast	Buried Treasure	Dreadful Breath	Howl
2. Stumpers	beast	Cute Face	Superbark	Tongue Lash
3. Lil' Sizzle	elemental	Blazing Yip	Inferno Herding	Puppies of the Flame

World Quest Team: I usually use a Clockwork Rocket Bot (1,2,2) (alts), a shielded aquatic like Spirebound Crab (2,2,1) (alts), and a second aquatic (2nd crab is good, water strider is also good).
- Foof: Minefield > Missile > 2xLaunch Rocket > if needed: Missile
- Stumpers: Minefield hits, clean up with Missile or 2xLaunch Rocket
- Lil' Sizzle: burn out mech, then bring in crab - maintain Shell Shield, Healing Wave as needed (or for something to do while puppies are submerged), Surge to fill - use 2nd aquatic's attacks as needed if/when swapped

Aquatic: Aquatic Acquiescence

Bleakwater Jelly (1,2,2) +2 Aquatic backups. There are alternate jellyfish, but Bleak has highest Power stat.

Critter: Mousing Around
I was going to make a "3 blind mice" joke ("joke") team - but really a snail works better in slot 3 since Lil' Sizzle is elemental.

Team: Blind Rat (1,1,2) (alt) | Frostfur Rat (1,1,2) (alt) | Mudshell Conch (2,2,1) (alts)
We're adding an element of RNG to this fight with Call Darkness, which might make Stumpers's Cute Face more annoying. The advantage it gives your Critters should still (mostly) outweigh misses/dodges. My Blind Rat was not rare quality and still made it halfway through the fight on 3 of 5 attempts, though.

vs. Foof	Call Darkness on CD, Sneak Attack to fill
vs. Stumpers	Maintain Crouch, Call Darkness, Sneak Attack to fill - If 1st rat dies, have 2nd rat avenge by repeating priorities.
vs. Lil' Sizzle	When snail comes in: maintain Shell Shield, save Dive until final round of Puppies of the Flame, Absorb to fill

Dragonkin: Dragons!

Option 1: slow and steady with Chrominius (2,2,2) - Ledning's strat is here. Make sure you use two high health Dragonkin backups.
Option 2: Nether Faerie Dragon (2,2,2) (alt) and Emerald Proto-Whelp (2,2,2) (alts) - TNENoz's strat is here. Use a high health Dragonkin in slot 3.

Elemental: Ragnaros, Watch and Learn

Soloed with Pandaren Water Spirit (2,1,1). Bring two elementals for back-up (make sure they have high HP to help mitigate Dreadful Breath).
- Spam Tidal Wave until Lil' Sizzle dies in the back row, using Healing Wave as needed (I used it round 4 and then on CD).
- After Sizzle has fizzled (sorrynotsorry), start peppering Whirlpool into the rotation & using it on CD.

Flying: Flock Together

Stack a team with moths that have Alpha Strike, Cocoon Strike, Moth Dust. Full list of these moths here.

Humanoid: Murlocs, Harpies, and Wolvar, Oh My!

Team: Father Winter's Helper (2,1,2) | Rotten Little Helper (2,1,1) | Winter's Little Helper (2,1,2)
(Father Winter and Winter's Little Helpers are interchangeable.)

vs. Foof	Call Blizzard, 3x Ice Lance, finish with Gift of Winter Veil
vs. Stumpers	2x Ice Lance, refresh Call Blizzard, swap to Rotten Helper. Booby-Trapped Presents + Greench's Gift (+ Ice Lance w/bad RNG from Cute Face)
vs. Lil' Sizzle	Ice Lance until Rotten dies. Bring in 2nd Helper. Refresh Call Blizzard if needed, Gift of Winter Veil on CD (unless Sizz is using Puppies of the Flame), Ice Lance to fill. Maintain priority if swapped with Inferno Herding.

Magic: Master of Magic

Option 1: If you have Empowered Manafiend (2,1,2) and an ooze/slime/wasteling, use Rikade's strategy (link) with a 3rd Magic (lists reqs to use for leveling pets, as well).

Mechanical: Roboteer

Team: Darkmoon Zeppelin (1,1,2) | Tranquil Mechanical Yeti (1,?,2)* | Lifelike Toad (1,1,1)
*You can use Ion Cannon as a guide for substitutions, if you'd like. Of the Ion Cannon Mechs (with single breeds to make it easier), Darkmoon Tonk (1,1,2) has the most health, Draenei Micro Defender (1,?,2) has the highest power. Pets were suggested here by Zuckerguss - I added 3rd pet and moves/strategy.

vs. Foof	Bombing Run -> Decoy -> Missile until Foof is dead
vs. Stumpers	Bombing Run on CD & Missile to fill (Decoy if it comes off CD) Match will vary due to Cute Face procs. If Zep dies, bring in Yeti & Metal Fist until Stumpers is dead.
vs. Lil' Sizzle	If Zep: Continue Decoy > Bombing Run > Missile until death, bring in Yeti. If Yeti: If active when Sizz comes out - Ion Cannon, otherwise Metal Fist until Puppies of the Flame is over, then Ion Cannon. Lifelike Toad should be brought in with Inferno Herding. Prioritize: Frog Kiss > Healing Wave as needed > Water Jet

Undead: The Lil' Necromancer

Soloed with Lost of Lordaeron (2,2,2) (same moves as Tiny Apparition)
- brought 2 undead backups: Ghastly Kid (2,2,2) | Spectral Spinner (2,2,2)

Absorb the round after you're debuffed (Howl), otherwise Arcane Explosion.

My favorite strategy to level up a pet vs Amalia:

Landro's Lil' XT with Zap, Heartbroken and Tympanic Tantrum
Any pet you want to level up that have at least 500 hp (at least 650 if your pet is mechanical or dragonkin)
Any pet with Pump and speed greater then 260

Start with Landro's Lil' XT's Heartbroken then use Tympanic Tantrum. Foof will die. Stumpers comes in, Zap it.
Lil' Sizzle comes in, swap in the pet you want to level up, then swap in the pet with Pump. Use Pump twice, game over.
If you don't have Landro's Lil' XT (or Lil' XT from shop) it might work as well with Personal World Destroyer or Pocket Reaver with Supercharge, Quake and Metal Fist (I haven't tried yet).

Using Safari Hat.

Fight 1: Level 1 pet becomes level 17.
Fight 2: Level 17 becomes 25.
(This was during the pet battle exp bonus week. or you could use the sausage or whatever the exp bonus food)

Each fight takes about 2 minutes or less.

Iron Starlette P/S, 1-1-1
Syd the Squid H/P, 1-1-1

Start with Iron Starlette.

1. Iron Starlette, Wind-up
2. Enemy.
3. Supercharge
4. Enemy
5. Wind-up. Enemy 1 dies.
6. Wind-up.
7. Enemy
8. Powerball
9. Enemy
10. Supercharge.
11. Enemy.
12. Wind-up. Enemy 2 dies. (If you miss, I recommend you just forfeit and start over.)
13. Wind-up.
14. Enemy.
15. Powerball
16. Enemy
17. Supercharge.
18. Enemy.
19. WInd-up. Enemy 3 will not die. Iron Starlette will die. Your low level pet will be pulled in.
20. Swap out your low level pet, bring it Syd.
21. Water Jet. Done.
