I'm just wondering, developers will probably never see this, but why is it these 7th Legion Sailor seem unaffected by Frostbolt (which, I couldn't find the correct spell. My tool tip says, "Launches a bolt of frost at the enemy, causing 1,648 frost damage and slowing movement speed by 65% for 15 sec."

Every 7th Legion Sailor I cast this on was unaffected by the speed debuff. They zipped at me like a warrior on steroids. Those I didn't cast it on, coincidentally, didn't move as fast as those I cast it on. It seems the spell increases their movement speed by 65% instead of decreasing it.

Of course, I wasn't in the Azeroth Navy, but in the US Nave, ain't no way a sailor moved that quickly. A Marine, yes. a sailor no. That's why we carry Marines on our ships, to do that kind of fighting. :D

But seriously, why does every one of these sailors with this "debuff" on rush you and knock you down? It's bad enough this expansion they took haste away. OMG Mage cast times were slow enough as it was. Now, unbelievable. Then to get knocked down in the middle of a year long (it seems) cast to start over... What were these programmers thinking when they took haste away from most gear. I seriously have three secondary stats on my mage, because I'm not giving up haste. I've kept low gear, and sacrificed everything except Critical Strike (15%), Haste (12%) and Mastery (12%). Because the gear that has haste on it, only has Critical Strike and or Mastery with it. At level 110 I had 25% haste, 23% Critical Strike, 22% Mastery, 9% Versatility and 3% Avoidance. I don't believe the "number crunch" simply made the numbers "easier to read". I don't know about a lot of people, but to me, I can read 1,567,235 health. IF they'd put the commas in there so it doesn't look like 1567235 that I'm trying to compare to 157784 against. At quick glance they'd look comparable. However, placing the indicators in you can readily see 1,567,235 is a lot more than 157,784. (Of course staring at them for any length of time you can see that too, but who has that kind of time when looking at a piece of gear as a reward when the quest giver keeps walking away or mobs keep respawning on you?) The numbers were fine, all they needed to do, all they need to do in the future is clean up their appearance. And, not jump them so darn much. One level doesn't have to jump a million health to make it feel worth while. They don't have to double the mana when we gain a level. A significant increase for sure, but when you're talking millions of mana points, 20,000 is significant. AND, if they kept the mana usage down so that 20,000 increase felt significant.

Ok, well rant over. Like I said, I seriously doubt any programmer or someone in charge (Ion) will see this anyway. So, it's just blowing off some steam. Why does a sailor run faster with a debuff on them that is suppose to decrease their movement speed by 65%.

Anyone know what boots these NPCs are wearing? Is there a transmog that is similar?
