I did as you said, got the script when the female Orc went to Jun'ik and shouted bla bla bla... and nothing the "Pit Fighting quests" have not appeared yet to me :S
and yea im lvl 77 so its not like if it shouldn't appear to me cuz im low lvl

You need to finish the quests with the hides, as well as the ones from Gorgonna (or whatever her name is, the orc that asks you to free someone)

This quest chain becomes available once you turn in Tactical Clemency, and also more importantly Ruuna the Blind which upon completion makes Gorgonna send you a mail warning you that Krenna knows of your assistance and that you'd better lay low unless you want to "wrestle bears in the pit."

This will unlock the Conquest Pit.

The Conquest Pit unlocks after Tactical Clemency, Delivery to Krenna and Attack on Silverbrook.
you have to do each quest chain up to and including those quests.
