The quests started by this npc should not be missed! I have never laughed so hard at an npc before meeting Max, not to be missed.

His location is at 31,51. West of Golakka Hot Springs.

There is a fourth quest in the chain called "The Ballad of Maximillian". I recommend reading the comments when you are low level.

And i totally agree with OP. This is wo a doubt one of the funniest quest chains in Cata.

The guy is a total nutcase, blind as a bat and obviously based on the character Don Quixote.

Since he's a paladin he will give you a nice BoK (10% to all stats) lasting 10 min, then reapplied.

One word of caution though. He believes every Diemetradon / Pterrordax / Stegodon is a 'dragon' and needs to be slayed. So he will do the charging when in range but YOU get the aggro !
Avoid going to Terror Run at all times unless you can handle a 52 Elite with +7K hp.

Lastly, when doing the event, "The Ballad of Maximillian", he will run through half the crater while you get to kill the Queen. If you're low level you will aggro everything along the way. When the Queen is finally killed, wait with jumping off or finishing the quest. The event stops immediatlely if you do either and with luck you end up with half the mobs in Un'goro coming at you.

But OMG, i laughed so hard reading his lines while doing the final event :-)

This NPC is particularly annoying since (as mentioned) he'll aggro the elite passive dinosaurs which immediately turn to attack you. On top of that, after you've killed your target he immediately mounts up and stands right on top of it making it difficult to loot and skin.
