Goraluk Anvilcrak was formerly a rare NPC in old UBRS. With the revamp of UBRS, however, this npc was gone (aswell as the plans that was on his loot table).

But now is back, and he offers you a quest, Sigil of the Black Hand, really interesting; upon completion, it allows in fact to skip everything in Blackrock Foundry and reach Blackhand himself.

Do we need to kill all nine bosses (except Blackhand) to reach him or just Beastlord Darmac and Operator Thogar?

Confirmed there is a gate which need The Iron Maidens killed to open.
But you can join someone's raid who had The Iron Maidens record and go to accept the quest. (only work with normal and heroic though since there is IDs for each Mythic raid)

After killing the Iron Maidens, look for the hallway in the south east corner of the room and you'll see a faint yellow quest marker. To get to Goraluk, walk down the hall with all the crates zig zagging back and forth. The hall is dark and camera angles are quirky, so help yourself by turning up your computer screen brightness and you'll see the correct path to reach him.

He is in the small room south from Iron Maidens encounter. You have to walk through "labyrinth" of boxes to find him.

Thank you, Bethesda, for hiding this NPC in a corner most people won't notice and only making him available AFTER you kill one of the bosses who drops one of the required quest items. Who thought this was a good idea?
