Penelope is not IN the burning house that has the water wheel, rather, she is trapped under it in the cellar with a "Risen Hound" guarding her, so be prepared. There was a treasure box down there for me also. Access is outside the house on the right side if looking at the front door. The storm doors are at 38.47, 65.32. Hunters, warlocks, and frost mages: open the cellar and move completely through to the basement because the doors will self-close and your pet will be trapped outside and unable to assist you in your fight with the hound if you don't. (don't ask) On the lighter side, if, like me, you initially ran screaming through the burning house, looking for Penelope, you take tons of damage but get rewarded by acquiring a cute and rare quality battle-pet dog that you rescue from upstairs. He is "Grumpy" and level 1. After equipping him, find him on the Pet Journal and click on his name to put him up on the stat section. Mouse over his icon to reveal: "You saved him, but maybe he saved you". To find "Grumpy", enter the front door, straffe left and start up the burning stairs that turn hard right within 2 steps. Stop half-way up the stairs to heal. At the top, turn right, and right again, then left into the non-burning loft (directly above the front door) where the dog is awaiting your love. Back outside: anyone loitering in the area long enough to read/write comments: the run back from the graveyard is short;)
