This treasure lies in the tower of the big building in northwest Hallvalor (85,4; 53,4) in Nagrand. You need to jump to the tower from the nearby cliff to west.

To the SW of the building the cache is on top of are two buildings: a small hut, and a larger building. Behind the larger building you can walk up the hillside, and follow the path to the top of the western hill. At the top of the that hill, you'll have the opportunity to fight the Ancient Blademaster for the Blademaster's Honor, and you can leap from this hill to the top of the building with the cache on it.

The tower in question (which is located inside the camp at 85.53) backs up to a group of hills to the east. Go OUTSIDE the camp to a path that starts around 83.52. Follow it until you are looking down onto the top of the tower. You don't need to go up to the high rock above where the Blademaster's Sword is found. Stand on the rocky area to the left. Get on your Telaari Talbuk mount, if you have it. The Headless Horseman's mount works, too, and probably others as well that I didn't try. Back up a few paces and take a running leap for the tower.

My experience with this one is that I right click, I get the "collecting" progress bar real quick, and nothing shows up in my inventory. Seems bugged.... I don't think I grabbed this one.

Follow the ridges of the hills, starting at 84.59, 56.12.

At the top grab the sword and kill Ancient Blademaster.

Go to the top of that hill (above where he spawned), then jump across to the tower.

The information is outdated. I just found it after looking all around for a path up the hills, inside the building in the Burning Blade camp up the hill. Coords were 70.08/7.07 and there were 2 blademasters guarding it. Just fight your way through the camp til you get up to the large building at the top, It's right inside on the floor.

With flying, all you have to do is fly to the top of the largest building. Look on parapet to the right (if you are flying eastward) and you'll see the treasure chest. No fighting necessary.

I just walked into Bladefury's command and turned right followed the path up and walked into a building where it was right beside two lvl 100 guys you have to kill to get it.

Ok, the location is mostly correct, however, the cache is now located inside the tower on the first floor in the back in the middle. It can NO LONGER be reached by jumping to the top of the tower. You can try to stealth in but I recommend you be 100 lvl to do so or you will get mobbed. No big deal, you die and then resurrect somewhere safe (if you can). I added new screenshots too.
