Very easy to solo as a combat rogue. Just clear out a few of the draenei ghosts before you start, and walk around with Mark V beating up anything that gets close to him. You may occasionally get 2 or 3 ghosts to deal with at once if you're the only person in the area, but if there's anyone else farming the other 2 quests in this area, there shouldn't be anything to worry about.

No additional adds spawn, just the ghosts that are already in the city.

He will go pick up 3 items amidst the city.

Despite the quest text, he can take a good beating, so don't be afraid to let him offtank.

Largest group I ever had to deal with was 3, so with CC/him tanking, it was a cakewalk.

Rewarded 7g90s in addition to the experience.

Mark V has loads of armor and health. Let him tank a few mobs and kill whatever one he starts attacking, move on to the next mob, and so on.

Would take a good 5 mobs beating on him before you have to start to worry about his health getting low.

He also regens back to 100% immediately after exiting combat.

I'm not sure why it recommended 2 players. Easy to solo as a 69 warrior (fury).

The quest takes about six to seven minutes. I did it solo as a healing priest in damage equipment at 4am in the morning (nobody else was there). At most I had three adds which were do-able. There was always enough time to sit and drink. I did it at 70, but I think damage dealers shouldn't have any trouble doing this quest at 67 or 68.

For whatever reason, Mark V inexplicably vanished after a fight on the bridge. So watch out for that.

Soloed with a shadow priest lvl 70.

pretty easy, just let the robot aggro the mobs, if there are more than 1 shackle one and kill the other.

The robot will walk around the ruins getting some stuff, there is also time to do little mana breaks.

Another "easily solo'd". 69 rogue, only had brief trouble when I accidentally pulled three. The robot can take a lot of damage.

This was an easy solo as an Arms warrior. Follow behind him, and let him get all the aggro and peel them off one by one. Bandage after fights.

yet another "easy solo" comment. On 1 mob pulls, I'd just let him take em down to 80% and start wanding them to death. Easiest "group" quest ever.

Easily soloed as a 68 Enhancement Shaman, and I didn't clear anything ahead of time. Did it with the quests You're Hired! and Rebuilding the Staff.

Easy to solo with my 67 rogue... just make lot of bandage and vanish, but a important thing is that u all the time u have to go in stealth (if u are a rogue). It was so easy with my holy specced pally that I even didn't take any bandages :D

Soled as a 68 feral driud with no problems. The robot can tank pretty good if needed. At one point I did have to deal with three mobs at the same time but, it was pretty easy.

68 elemental shaman....this was almost TOO easy to solo. I only saw 2 mobs at once at the most. This definatly needs to be marked as a solo quest and not a 2-man. I was yawning more than anything.

Hell, I could solo it as a level 69 fire mage. I can't solo ANY group quests (almost). This guy can't do much damage but he can take a lot; just focus down one mob at a time, even if they attack you. They aren't elite. Don't go too far away from him to grab the crystals though or he'll despawn!

Soloed easily as a 67 demonology lock. Felguard cleaved and bot off-tanked. CoW on any large groups(3-4 mobs at once). Relativly easy solo.

I am unsure why this quest is marked as a group; it was easily soloable on three of my characters so far. Ret paladin in holy gear; feral druid, and a rogue. Rogue soloed it at level 70, druid at 67; and paladin at 68. I never got close to dying, just had to be careful while you did it. I suggest doing You're Hired! with this quest.

I just soloed this as a level 69 feral druid, i noticed if you get attack by a mob and Mark.V is still running to the destination if you run to him and attack the mob attacking you he'll stop going on witout you and help you kill him a good way to stop him going without you if you ask me!

This is a fairly easy quest for hunters. I did this at level 67 (I'm a tauren hunter, MM spec).

Though the quest says Suggested Players , you should remember that you are 2 players. Your pet should always be considered as a player. On top of that, the MARK V robot should also be considered as one. He can tank fairly well and if you are not too slow with killing enemies, you should be easily able to take on mobs of 2-3.

General strategies for hunters:

For single mobs, you know the drill. Send pet in to tank and attack from a distance. The robot will assist
For Mobs of 2, have the robot tank 1, while you and your pet deal with the other. You can take your time, as the robot can take a bit of abuse.
For Mobs of 3, again have the robot tank #1. Pull #2 away and have your pet tank that, and finally freeze trap the last one (#3). Deal with mob #2, robot will deal with mob #1. Once you've dealt with Mob #2, take care of the frozen mob(#3), and finally return to the robot's mob (#1).

The robot will completely heal itself instantly after every fight, so there is no need to worry about healing or the robot taking all the damage.

This quest is incredibly easy. The robot itself can pretty much take on one of the ghosts by itself without your help. Not wise, but still. It just goes to show that it doesn't need much help unless you get mobbed. My suggestion? Let the robot take most of the beating and preserve YOUR health. Not to mention, there are a few times when he's picking up stuff that you can sit down and eat/drink to restore health/mana.

Let the robot walk AHEAD of you. That way, he'll attract the mobs. And while he takes one, you can take one. Or you take two, he takes one. Otherwise, if you walk first, all two/three ghosts will be attacking YOU.

If you're a kind of class that can't use any of the offered rewards (Shaman for example) i suggest you to take the bow since it will get you the biggest profit for vendoring it comparing to others

Soloable, there are no other adds just the ones he aggros which is rarely no more then 2.

Do it with Your Hired! which you get at Area 52.

The quest you find right next to this quest is Recharging the batteries

Mage lvl72 with ele. had about 5400+/7900 left after the run.
No more than 2 at a time he has 9400+HP, he can tank but he can't hit lol

Cake to solo as a 67 Protection pally. Tanked any ghost the aggroed the robot, and smiply followed him while he picked up hiw stuff. No second player necessary. You're Hired! or Rebuilding the Staff.

The trick is to stay far enough behind the Robot. Because, if you are walking beside him or in front, then you agree like 3 at a time and sometimes the Robot doesn't help and keeps walking.

This Q was soo easy for me. IDK if this was a bug or what, but i only needed to fly above Mark V and he still walked and the mobs ignored him. So i only looked how he walks and collects crystals :).

• Accept the quest, Mark V is Alive!, from Maxx A. Million Mk. V at coords 31.4, 56.6 (West of the Ruins of Enkaat).
• Follow/Escort Maxx A. Million Mk. V through the Ruins of Enkaat. In the escort, make sure to pull/kill any mobs that attack Maxx A. Million Mk. V
• After the completion of the escort, turn in the quest to Bot-Specialist Alley.

Dungeon queue popped right after I accepted this so when I got back to the area, I abandoned the quest to redo it since it's an escort one. It took about 5 minutes for him to reappear so I could pick the quest up again.

Description

Greetings, <race>. I am charged up and fully functional.

There are fragile draenei machines in these ruins, which I must retrieve. I am equipped with delicate servos in my wrist actuators, and the latest in combustion-pneumatic bump soakers. Handling them with care will not be an issue.

However, the ghosts that haunt these ruins will likely attack, so I will need you and your friends along for protection.
