Just kill 20 deathshadow agents in Nagrand at twilight ridge. You can reach this place only flying.

Suggestions:
- Start this quest @ 13,35 (Nagrand)
- Agent types are: archon, spellbinder, warlock and acolyte (all orcs).
- Better to avoid Deathshadow overlord (ogre lvl 71 elite, 32k hp, hits cloths for 1300, cast fireball or shadowbolt for 2k, not immune to crowd control).
- Better to avoid Reth'hedron the Subduer (demon lvl 73 elite).

This quest is available at honored with Netherwing.

U can get there without a flying mount off course. What would u do when u die? Run over the mountains? :)

There is a way through the mountains to the north.

you need to have flying mount to get there. and there is a gy up there so if you die you can easyly run back in less than 2 min

something that may help out, (especially for warriors out there..since this is what I use to do this daily) at roughly coords 8, 43, there is a arch - like structure where roughly 8 to 10 spellbinders are connected to it via their little "energy-streams". the arch way runs fairly north to south with the mobs on the east and west side. on the east side, there is a stairway which climbs up onto the platform of the arch (not far off the ground, just a bit). I killed the mobs on the east side, usually hitting one would aggro a second, but not always, until the east side was clear. once it was, i would climb the stairs and hit with ranged one of the mobs on the west side. these ones have to run all the way around to the east and get to the stairs before they would try casting on you. also, they would only aggro one at a time (so far that i have encountered). killing the mobs here gets you away from the patrolling elites, which means less ghost walks. (yes, trial and error meant i have done too many ghost walks here already). i hope this helps someone out there...it is one of the more frustrating daily quests for myself, mainly because of the elite pats.

Easy way to do it:

Go to the area, you'll see a big purple Arc.
Land in the center.
Pull. Theres 6 or 7 mobs on both sides. They will not aggro until you attack them

From the West side be careful, as the mob will run around the Arc.

Four spellbinders on one side of the portal, four spellbinders and two archons on the other. Single pull all ten, rinse repeat for your twenty (or go snag the other ten from wherever if you're impatient).

There are several comments already on the "how to do it", so I would like to point out something different about this quest. I have been doing the daily quests (Skyguard, Ogrila, Netherwing) for several weeks now, and I believe this one is a waste of time compared to the others. Let me explain:

Basically, people are doing these daily quests for two reasons: money and reputation. Now, this quest is given in Shadowmoon Valley, but is performed in Nagrand (on the western side no less), so completely on the other side of the Outland world map. Moreover, it is not as easy as the other available daily quests such as bombing runs (skettis/ogrila), escort, the mining/pollen quests, relic emanations, etc, because several lvl 72 elites are patrolling the area (even more annoying than the dragonmaw ascendant if you see what I mean....). So if you are doing 10 daily quests for money, spare this one IMO, it is not time efficient.

The only reason why I would make that detour daily to complete this quest would be if I was really in a hurry to do the netherwing rep grind.

This quest awards 500 reputation, making this and The Deadliest Trap Ever Laid (Scryer) or The Deadliest Trap Ever Laid (Aldor) the best daily quests to do for getting Exalted reputation and a Nether Drake as quickly as possible.

Gold gained nerfed in patch 2.3 for about 2 gold. So now it give 12 gold, same as Booterang and others quests.

As a prot pally, I find this quest simply horrible.

Those monsters mana burn like crazy, and when you do get one on low HP they like to run away and pull elites.

I did this by straffing the twilight portal area and avoiding the patrolling guard. There are about 6-8 mobs trying to reactivate the portal, and it's easy to pull them either all at once or one at a time before the guard makes his rounds. There's only one, so he's not too hard to avoid. When he does happen to approach, just fly into the air to avoid him and start working on the other side.

On each side of the portal is also two camps of two or three casters with demons. By taking all of these mobs out and avoiding the guard, I've managed to finish the quest in about ten minutes.

I believe this quest must have been reworked to be much, much easier. I killed 20 orcs in about 10 minutes, none aggro'd any of their friends. Even the ones standing right next to each other.

On top of that, none of the casters started casting until in melee range.

Loads easier than some of these comments made it seem, so I think they must have simplified it.

How about the fact that the acouyles and spellbinders do there version of a shield bash @#$%ers hit me and it was 15 15 *!@#ing seconds why the hell would they have that die 3 times to that as a holy pally

Secondly skipping this because of distance would be stupid 500 rep for easy spawns besides what i posted above

a heads up if you die. If you can't figure out how to get back look for the cave at 18 33 and follow it. Took me way to damn long to figure this out.

You are supposed to land inside of arch, not on very top of it - from bellow, as a warrior I was pulling with ranged, 30 yards is np. Prolly the best place to do it, unless you can silence pull mobs away.

If you're careful, you can land on top of the floating rocks that the casters surround and pick them off one by one without aggroing anything else. You can also eat/drink between fights. Pretty nifty/easy way to get it done -- just move between the rocks.

I think you can't be in a raid group wen doing this quest. I often stop at halaa to kill some horde, and the few times I joined a raid group, I didn't get credit for kills when doing this quest.

As a note, if you kill Reth'hedron the Subduer, he doesn't count towards the quest - lousy drop when I did too. 56s87c, Mark of Sargeras, Oshu'gun Crystal Powder Sample. The Overloards do count.

Currently a really simple quest, most of the tips are outdated (unless of course you only have TBC or are staying at 70)

But the only problem I have with this daily quest is flying from practically the most eastern point in Outland to the most western point. Usually I just HS to Orgrimmar on the way back and fly to netherwing ledge, takes about 3 minutes on the way back.

I'm not sure if it is a new bug in the quest or something specific to me, but since I started doing this daily in 5.3 I've had a problem almost every time with the quest "resetting" after I complete it.

I fly (all the freaking way) to the Twilight camp and start killing mobs. The counter will increase until it gets to 20. It will show 20/20 for a second and then suddenly the quest resets and says I have killed 0 / 20. Killing additional mobs will not increment the counter.

The only solution I've found to this is to hearth (to Two Moons, in my case). As soon as the loading screen clears the quest is complete again. I can then take the portal to Shattrath, fly (all the freaking way again) back to Netherwing Ledge and turn in the quest.

I'd be interested to know if anyone else is having this problem.

Make sure you've got Aviana's Feather. You travel a good chunk faster when using the feather compared to flight so you can get to the quest point and back pretty quickly. I usually hearth to Pandaria, then go to Shattrath, use a feather, do the quest and start flying back down to Shadowmoon and use the feather again on the way when it's off cooldown.

If you have a Draenor Garrison with Mage Tower, and Ever-Shifting Mirror:

- From Shadowmoon Valley (BC), use Garrison Hearthstone
- Use Mage Tower portal to Nagrand (Draenor)
- Use Ever-Shifting Mirror at Oshugun Spirit Woods

Voila, you are at Oshu'gun in Nagrand (BC).

Overlord Mor'ghor at Dragonmaw Base Camp in Shadowmoon Valley wants you to kill 20 Deathshadow Agents.

Description

One of your responsibilities as a captain of Dragonmaw is to snuff out Burning Legion activity in Outland. It is your duty to silence those that defy Lord Illidan!

The demons foolishly attempt to stabilize the portal found on the Twilight Ridge of western Nagrand. They must pay for their treachery, and you will be the orc that collects on their debt.

Travel to the Twilight Ridge and lay waste to its inhabitants. You will be responsible for making at least one attack per day on their fortifications.
