Watch out for level 98-110 Dark Riders that can come into the area of this quest. You can also get Ghoul Ribs at the Raven Hill Cemetery.

I submitted the suggestion to either increase the amount of ghouls there or increase the respawn timer on the current ghouls, because as of today it is an issue for more than one person attempting to complete the quest at once.

If you can't find enough ghouls at Mistmantle Manor, you can go to Raven Hill cemetary too. It's not marked on the map, but a lot of ghouls there do drop the quest item as well. No idea how long this has been the case, just putting it down here.

Description

Out here on the outskirts of town, it's a wonder the walking dead haven't eaten me! In fact, just yesterday a pack of ghouls was pounding on the walls of my tower!

I want to make an effigy - a kind of "scarecrow" for ghouls. To do that I need some ghoul ribs. You can find plenty of them on the fetid corpses wandering Manor Mistmantle's grounds, north of Darkshire...

Get the ribs for me, and I will repay you with some coin.
