All of the dailies in the Ruins of Ogudei are turned in on the upper level of the cave. To find the exit look for the stairs that lead up (in the main cave). If you are walking down the stairs there is a pathway (opening) that leads to Kaelis Sunsoar. Make a U-Turn at the bottom of the stairs (turn left) and you should see it. This is where you will turn in the quests and find Kaelis Sunsoar... He is standing next to the portal that brought you into the cave, so pay attention on your way in.

For those of you using TomTom use the following.

/way 81.60 18.31 - Ruins of Ogudei - Kaelis Sunsoar

And below is a simple macro that will target Kaelis Sunsoar and put a marker above his head.
Note: that you will need to be within range for the targeting macro to work.

/run SetRaidTarget("target", 4)

Okay - so the two ways to get to this dude are:

1) Take the portal from Sparkrocket Outpost, (drops you right next to him), or
2) If you're in the cave already, find the stairs, from the bottom of the stairs, facing down (into the room, not back up the stairs), make a u-turn to the left, go into the cave, turn left, and follow the ramp around and down.

OK, it took me a few minutes of wandering in circles to actually find any mobs to kill for this quest without leaving the cave. Follow the tunnel up from the room with the quest giver until you're in the main room of the cave with all the Mogu ghosts, then follow the wooden steps in the middle up another level. The nearest mobs for the quest are in the tunnel at the top of those steps.

Pay very close attention to where you are going once you take the portal in. I spent ages wandering around trying to find this guy again, getting killed. As a mage I finally ported out, returned to Sparkrocket Outpost and took the port back in. (76 32) Very frustrating.
