This quest becomes available at ~~Friendly~~ 950/6000 into Friendly with Operation: Shieldwall.

You need to head into the hidden tram entrance just under the gnome vendor "Nipsy" by the red spinning light and talk to the bar keep.

To start the second quest line, you need a total of 3950rep, thats 3000/3000 for neutral, and 950/6000 into friendly.

The NPC Bizmo's Brawlpub is not phased out. The entrance is close to the entrance of Deeprum Tram. As soon as you enter there, you need go to the left ramp to the trail and you can see a tunnel that will lead you to the NPC. There is a red light over the entrance. The NPC is underground.

All the NPC's for this quest and the 2 that follows after this one are located in Deeprun Tram , the instance placed in Stormwind , the first NPC u need to talk with is close to the entrance and the second one (the same who give u the next 2 quests) is all the way down.

I had this quest in my log for a few days, and still got the "Back in the Service" letter from Agent Connelly today. There's a room in the pub called the "Boom Room" accessible later in this quest chain during Stirred, Not Shaken, and you can't get back in after the quest is complete. However, it appears you can leave Stirred, Not Shaken incomplete if you wish to retain access to the Boom Room and still continue the Pandaren Campaign. There's a great view of the brawling floor and it's a lot less crowded since the room is normally locked.

I wasted 5 minutes of my life looking for the entrance to that stupid pub, and because the comments here have been VERY unhel,pful, I have decided to write my own guide:

1. GO TO STORMWIND.
2. GO TO THE DEEPRUN TRAM ENTRANCE.
3. ENTER THE INSTANCE (DEEPRUN TRAM)
4. ONCE INSIDE THE INSTANCE, MAKE YOUR WAY TO THE GNOME NPC NIPSY. (HE IS IN THE MIDDLE PLATFORM)
5. ONCE THERE, GO LEFT TO THE LEFT EDGE OF THE PLATFORM. YOU WILL NOTE A RED LIGHT ON YOUR FEET IF YOU DID IT RIGHT.
6. JUMP DOWN.
7. ENTER THE CAVE. (BIZMO'S BRAWLPUB).

If you're like me and don't do scenarios, you might miss this.

Due to some unknown bug, I got a letter from an Agent Connelly telling me about this meeting we had in the Deeprun Tram. I was surprised because I had not met him in the Deeprun Tram or anywhere. I of course went looking in Wowhead and found out there is a quest from Admiral Taylor to go find him. Of course, Admiral Taylor still had the yellow ! over his head for me, as he ever shall, because I don't like scenarios. (I did think to recheck him when I hit Friendly just in case there would be something, but of course he didn't have the quest then.) Not quite sure why they open things like this at odd reps.

So I'm grateful for that bug or I never would have known about this quest chain.

For an easy and quick way to Stormwind, just fly a bit north to 46,85 in Jade Forest at Paw'don Village. Portal is there.

To find the pub:

Enter the Deeprun Tram. As soon as you're inside, turn left. Then go down the ramp to your right. The entrance is dead ahead, under the revolving red light.

Go down in the first tram pit, and walk left.

The entrance with have a red siren light.

For second part of quest dah order:
Human
Gnome
Pandarian

Third:
Go to the bar, face away from it, and walk to the other end of the bar, then make a right and go up ramp to the upper reaches of the bar.

Hello 100-level people. I finally found out why Prince Anduin didn't give us new quests for the Operation Shieldwall: Campain! First when you have completed the first tier 'Lion's landing', go to the Brewclub in the Deeprun Tram in Stormwind. When you enter the pub, take the quest To Catch A Spy from Barkeep Townsley.

When you have finished the quest, you get the next quest: Stirred, Not Shaken from the same quest giver Barkeep Townsley. You have to go to Professor Kilt, found in the same pub in his Boom Room on the second floor. When you turn in that quest, you get credit for 'The Man With A Thousand Faces'.

Now you can do all the quests that finally will give you the achievement.

Its kind of a shame, it seems this quest no longer exists. I just wanted to do some storyline stuff, but between the scenario being locked behind level 50, and this quest nowhere to be found . . . in either Kasarang Wilds or the brawlpub.

Can confirm that as of today the quest is still available. I was able to turn it in and move on to To Catch A Spy. The pub is still there in the Tram.

Description

Currently, he is disguising himself as a high roller at Bizmo's Brawlpub. Something about settling an old debt.
