The Blind Lake Sturgeon Eggs are acquired by fishing up ten Blind Lake Sturgeons and "using" them. I got 10 eyes for a single stack of 10 fish. The fish can be caught anywhere in the inland waters of Shadowmoon Valley.
You'll often fish up Blind Lake Sturgeon Bait as well which makes this easier to do without pools. It took me maybe 7-8 minutes to get 10 fish at 600 fishing.

I received the first 7 from a stack of 10 Blind Lake Sturgeon and the final 3 from a 5 stack of Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon.

One may also use a stack of 20 Small Blind Lake Sturgeon to get the eggs; however, when I did it, I only got 7 eggs - so it is not 1:1.

Using Spear, with Jeweled Fishing Pole with enchant, Blind Lake Surgeon Bait, Glove Enchant, Boots, and Hat I obtained 5 Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon in a row. Prior to that just casting fishing line WITHOUT fishing pole equipped and with the Bait buff I was getting Small Blind Lake Sturgeons periodically.

Prior to equipment on 8 minutes, after equipment on less then 2 minutes max.

I also caught mine in the lake at coords: 36/26

Here's the closest, safest place to your garrison...Fly to Embaari Village, Shadowmoon Valley and run a short distance Northeast to the lake in Arbor Glen (48,34). There are no mobs to aggro you here, and plenty of bushes to hide in if you're on a PvP server. (Pro Tip: Press X to sit down in the bushes while fishing, thus making your profile shorter and more easily hidden.)

If you're less than 700 fishing, this can take a while, so use any bait/gear you can to boost your catch rate. If you have a Worm Supreme, you'll catch almost exclusively Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon which will complete the quest much faster. The bait for the specific fish you're trying to catch will be easy to fish up almost immediately, so you can use that too, though it's more like to give you regular sized fish.

When you have a full stack, right click them to fillet and get the Blind Lake Sturgeon Eggs that you need. You need 10 eggs for the quest. You'll get a little more than half of what you need each time you fillet a stack of fish, so you'll need to fillet two stacks.

20 small fish = 10 regular fish = 5 enormous fish = 1 stack, and this applies to all the fish needed for the Draenor dailies.

No Need to fly around each day fishing for these guys. If you keep a stock of them; whether a few stacks of: 5 Enormous, 10 Regular, or 20 Small; as long as you filet them during the daily you will get the eggs dropped from them.
This leads to the next plus, if you purchase the fish in the AH or get some as a gift from a friend or guildmate, you will get the eggs from fileting them too. As long as you have the type of fish for your daily and filet it during the daily you will be able to complete your quest.
If you are working on Draenor Angler don’t just filet them all; hold on to them for your dailies.

When you get the daily to go fish in a specific zone, put these on before fishing.

Worm Supreme and the respective Bait for the zone.

Using these baits, allows you to fish without "pools" to get your desired fish-BIG time saver! They are "Unique" so you can only carry one at a time. But you fish them up again pretty quick, so don't be shy about using them.

Fishing skill determines what size of fish you get. Skill also determines how much Blind Lake Sturgeon Flesh, and how many Blind Lake Sturgeon Eggs you get when filleting. So use lures or other Fishing gear while fishing (to catch more Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon (and thus reduce the number of fish you need to catch (and maybe work on Blind Lake Sturgeon Angler))), but also when filleting.

Bait determines what type of fish you get when fishing in open water (not pools). So use Blind Lake Sturgeon Bait, or keep hunting for pools, or do neither and just fish for longer (while you catch lots of Crescent Saberfish). But that would be silly because you'll catch some bait pretty quickly.

You get these by filleting Small Blind Lake Sturgeon, Blind Lake Sturgeon or Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon, which can be fished up in Shadowmoon Valley.

(you can sell your surplus (over 10) to the nearby vendor, and buy them back after handing in the quest)

For Horde fishermen, go to Talador pilgrim's road 80.3,57.3 and take that road up the hill. There's a small pond just inside Shadowmoon Valley 19.6, 11.9. You have to go around the ally island, but watch out for frogs and riverbeasts in the river.

In case anyone else came here wondering, you can just buy the fish from the AH and finish the quest in 2 minutes regardless of fishing level. Free 15 skill points every day.

I have read that people recommended 57.4, 63.0. So I tested it for myself. It's a really good place!

In my case, I got 1 Blind Lake Sturgeon Egg at every throw. If you do not have Anglers Fishing Raft. Or the ability to stand on water. You can fish from the two nearby large stones.

In case anyone is wondering (like I was), you still get eggs if you are using Bladebone Hook to filet your fish. I was fishing in a pool, and received 2 eggs for each Enormous Blind Lake Sturgeon. One pool and quest was complete!
