Well here we go again! another brilliant idea from those quality peeps at blizz. 3.....thats right 3mobs come in to kill you! not 1....oh hell no 3. As a rogue.....well it's a good idea to use bribe on one of the mobs..and prey. Took me a few tries to get it right.

As of the time I'm posting this, in the beta, interacting with the chest in the cave spawns TWO Lespins, and a total of six Nightborne Accomplices. Killing just one Lespin will cause the quest to update and despawn the rest, but that doesn't change the fact that you have to fight them all at once. Trying to drop aggro will cause Lespin(s) and co. to despawn, but the chest doesn't reappear, so you'll have to abandon and restart the quest.

Cave entrance is at 35, 61. Just off the path from Suramar City to Felsoul Hold.

This quest is awful. I'd say, only way to do it is with a group. Lespin comes with 2 extra adds. They hit like a truck, so it's almost impossible to kill him on your own unless you are incredibly well geared, not reasonable with fresh gear from 110.

As a destruction warlock with iLevel 808 I have now tried and failed this quest three times trying all the tricks of a warlock. It is in quite a different league than any other quest so far. A party of Tank, Healer and DPS might do it...

The buffs obtained for Ancient Mana in Shal'Aran are a must for this quest.

Balance druids, make sure you have Mass Entanglement. Just keep 'em rooted and pick them off one at a time.

Rogues, switch to outlaw if you can. Blind one accomplice and bribe the other while you take down Lespin.

as a hunter, start with binding shot. Then hit him with everything you got. When that effect stops, use bursting shot. then you should be able to take him out

I found this quest nearly impossible to solo at ilvl under 800, got one shot'ed as an assassination rogue, try switch to outlaw and bribe one , blind the other and pray you dont die.

As an ilevel 822 Demon Hunter this was close to impossible to do without metamorphosis, Lespin hits hard, so be prepared to heal your butt off if you have self heals

Just to make a point with everyone saying this quest is impossible, just upgrade a little bit your gear, I did it without losing half of my life as a 845 Fire mage, and I didn't kite or anything just popped combustion and killed everything with aoe. A mage with low gear but kiting could probably do it just easily.

This must be nerfed, because I had no problems whatsoever, killed the guys in approx. 3 seconds.

As an ele shaman, I died the first time because I was caught off guard. If the NPCs show up while you're still healing after rezing, you can run away to lose aggro. They'll disappear, but go back to the cave and wait a little and they should show up again soon.

Second time, popping cooldowns, it wasn't too bad taking them down.

Currently the reward item does not scale with AK. Other items were in the thousands of AP (ak 14) and this was still 100.

I suspect bugged.

Just in case anyone's doing this late at night like me and are confused trying to turn it in, you have to be in your nightfallen disguise to turn the quest in to the apprentice.

Description

You work for a murderer and a thief.

That design he wants? It is called the magistrix cut, and it was perfected by my husband. He was killed by Lespin for his secret.

I had him entombed in a small cave north of the city, for we could not make the trip to Tel'anor. Buried with him is a tome that contains the secrets of the design.

Retrieve the design and keep it out of his hands!
