I found her at 34.7 41.6 in Stormheim; if you look on the map, it's a little bit south of the words 'Blackbeak Overlook".

At level 103 two Champion questlines are available:

1. Recruiting Rexxar, Survival Skills & Survive the Night, which give Champion: Rexxar that grants the Champion follower Rexxar.

2. Calling Hilaire Home and Bite of the Beast, which gives Champion: Beastmaster Hilaire that grants the Champion follower Beastmaster Hilaire.

To unlock these, you'll first need to complete a seemingly unrelated short quest chain in Val'sharah, offered by Emmarel Shadewarden at Trueshot Lodge at 41.7 59.99 who gives you the breadcrumb: Lending a Hand. Turn this in to Hudson Crawford and do Rising Troubles and Assassin Entrapment. At this point, Snowfeather should appear beside Hudson Crawford and offer you Urgent Summons.

Note that Snowfeather didn't appear for me until I'd obtained all three artefact weapons.

Rexxar is in Highmountain at Cliff's Edge, which is 200 yards NW of The Witchwood flight point at 36.73 35.39. For those without coordinates, that's on the first E of Edge on the map. Hints: You only need one piece of wood per quest to light the fire, berries aren't necessary, you only need four pieces of cooked meat to survive "overnight".

Beastmaster Hilaire is Stormheim, just North of Weeping Bluffs, about 300 yards North of the nearest flight path at Skyfire Triage Camp. Hint: Deliver Zoarg's Head to Archmage Landon, as Beastmaster Hilaire really doesn't want it!

This series was completed on a lvl 110 hunter with Highmountain, Stormhelm, zone questing story complete and others at ~50%. Reading through the comments for each quest can provide clarification on some of the prerequisites if you are having trouble getting the quest.

After completing In Defense of Dalaran a quest will show up by your artifact altar to empower your weapon with a 3rd relic. Hope this answers people's questions regarding the hunter's campaign for the 3rd relic.

Like Lending a Hand a few quests ago, you must talk to Odan Battlebow and take his flight to Stormheim; if you go to Beastmaster Hilaire without talking to Odan first, you won't be able to hand in the quest. This doesn't apply if you took his flight to Stormheim, left without handing in the quest, and came back on your own later.

Funnily enough, if you do go to Hilaire without talking to Odan, the "in progress" quest text she has is clearly meant to come from Emmarel Shadewarden or someone else, not Hilaire herself:

"Have you found Hilaire yet? She's a dedicated huntress, one who's more than willing to protect those who cannot protect themselves."

Description

With so many in need of our help, it may be time to call in some of our scouts in the field.

One such scout is a huntress by the name of Hilaire. Although she abandoned her clan long ago to join our order, she still feels a need to watch over them.

Her dedication to protect those who would shun her is admirable, but we need her here.

Seek Hilaire out in Stormheim, and let her know it's time to come home.
