Please keep in mind these are ELITE mobs.

To get to this area, don't go inside the buildings or anything. Beside the very last building, there's a ramp. Go up the ramp around 55, 66 to start seeing the quest mobs.

Just to clarify, the path up to the top where the mobs are is to the right of the building. As you're facing it, turn right by 30• and you'll see it.

I've submitted a screenshot of the path showing the main building too to give you an idea.

To access this world quest, fly to Shackle's Den, then ride south up the road until you reach the ruins. Look for the path at 55.4, 65.8.

There's no way up from any other side; it's completely inaccessible from the south, even with cliff jumping via. Infernal Strike.

Quest area is south from Shackle's Den fly master, path starts at 56.0 66.0 point. This quest is not easy to do, if you arent tank spec, or hunt / lock, because that mages and elementals have a lot of hp (5 - 10 mil), hit hard and cast power spells (Banshe mages cast arcane missles with 300-400k damage). So, better you can survive and lock spells or try to find a group for that.

Some classes will not be able to solo this quest, not just because the elites are pretty tough (they were issued Kevlar underwear and you were not), but also because many if not most of them are in pairs. My OP Uber Afflock can handle these twerps but my poor Mage isn't even close. This has been the case with Legion since it was issued and I understand the team concept. Mages are better at some things than other classes but not this one thing. Or many other quests for that matter. So it goes. Drop this Jersey City Slime Crawl and find something else. Lots of fish in the sea and the new WQs are pretty good.

I'm a Guardian Druid with so so gear (ilevel of 862). If you're patient, some tips to complete solo.

1. The small spiders, even in small groups, can be somewhat easily soloed. Be careful how many you agro, they can overwhelm you quickly.
2. Especially go after the single demons (maybe with a few spider with them). For the effort, they gave pretty good returns to your progress bar
3. AVOID the bats, wow, they hit hard (died twice; quickly)
4. Just run around the area and look for these mobs
5. Watch for pats, not to bad, but they can come up on you quickly
6. Be patient, took me awhile to work around all the stuff I couldn't do. Even though I'll replace this piece fairly soon, for my spec, the preferred Versatility and Mastery, on the same piece was nice.
