This quest follows To Tame the Drekirjar and continues the Ret Pally empowered Artifact quest chain in Stormheim.
This quest is in the same area as Get Vrekt where you can sometimes farm Valarjar Soul Fragments if the WQ is "attuned" for Helarjar's Landing

Following quest is Unanswered Questions.

Don't run outside after talking to Sigryn, seemed like a phasing issue with the world quest Get Vrekt. There was just his corpse.
Leaving the cave down to the beach and relog helped.

It's cool, don't feel bad Sigryn,I fight with my brother all the time. Maybe not about succumbing to the fel, but like if he ate the last donut which is about as bad.

I died while fighting Torvald but I was allowed to continue the fight where I left off.

You have to defeat Torvald, that can be found at 74.2 85.0 spot, inside the cave in Vrekt area.
Cave entrance is at 73.8 85.8? defeat Torvald, leten to short dialogue and turn in the quest.

If you join a raid or dungeon group after defeating Torvald and before turning in the quest, you will find Sygrin just outside the cave.

The nearest flight master is Hafr Fjall, especially easy if you have water walking. Rocfeather Skyhorn Kite or similar will bring you almost all the way (at sea level), but is not necessary

Fly past the waypoint and then turn and approach from the SOUTH.
You can fly from sea level and head up the hill...

Anyone doing this quest post Shadowlands, know it is likely bugged in it's difficulty if you are not at level cap. If you are frustrated or confused, you are not alone.

I've been told by many people who did this when it was current that the fights are severely overturned now, maybe as a result of SL level squish, but regardless, it is not "working as intended." He 2-shots you, and Sygrn only gets him to 85% or so before "dying" and doing no further damage.

After trial and error, I found a way to cheese this fight. It took about 35 minutes, and obviously is not what was intended, but if you attack Torvald, you can stay alive long enough to get one or two hits in. You will die, but if you come back, and rez inside of the cave, instead of at the entrance, the fight between Sigryn and Torval is still going on. And you can attack him again. Every 20-30 seconds or so, he gains a buff that does 50% more damage but takes 50% increased damage. I would rez, do nothing, and wait for the buff to appear. I'd then send in my follower/champion to hit him, pop avenging wrath, shield of vengence, and then final reckoning. Even with some misses, it would take a couple thousand off his health each time. After multiple corpse runs, I was able to get him down enough that the quest completed.

Hope this helps someone do this at non-level cap.

This is ANOTHER legion quest which does not scale right. So the boss is still level 60. I ran in Prot spec and it provided me with a far more enjoyable and challenging fight.

The current incompetence of Blizz does have unexpected benefits.
