In order to complete this quest, you'll have to use Loti's Totem next to Zanchuli Acolyte, so they turn hostiles and you can kill them.
After you finish the quest, you'll have to handle it to Hexlord Raal, which is located in The House of Pa'ku.

After you complete the quest, you'll receive from him Offensively Defensive.

Go down the staris behind the questgiver.
You will see lots of friendly Zanchuli Acolyte in the area.
Use Loti's Totem near them and kill 9 NPC.
Turn in point is Hexlord Raal(At the end of this Terrace in the House of Pa'ku)

To complete the quest you have to slay Crimson Cultists. Get close to Zanchuli Acolyte mobs.
After approaching use provided Loti's Totem near them. Some mobs will turn hostile.
You need to slay those hostile Crimson Cultist

If you pull a lot you can kite them to the Child of Pa'ku's around Makalla . They will gladly kill the mobs for you.

Anyone else notice that whewn revealed, the Crimson Cultists swap gender? All the men become women and vice versa. I thought I was imagining it at first but I double checked and sure enough, every time they are revealed they swap gender. I assume this is a weirdly specific bug, and not an intended detail?

I boosted a toon to 120 with the expansion token but this quest will not show for me. I have flown all over the area, turned off mods, walked all over the area. Watched vids and gone to exact spot but still will not show up. Gm told me ^ /script print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(#####))

Simply replace the ##### with the Quest ID number of the quest you are trying to verify if you have completed it or not and enter it into the chat window like a macro command. You can find Quest IDs out through websites like WoWhead for example.

So in your case the ID for Forbidden Practices is: 47423^ did that says false but quest still not there..HELP Please

Hexlord Raal is often failing to spawn for me when I'm ready to turn in. I've had to either relog or move to a different sub-zone to make him show up.

Description

Yazma's spies say dere are blood cultists in our ranks. King Rastakhan has charged me with tracking down any trolls guilty of practicing blood magic and purging dem.

Take dis totem, route out those with de stench of blood magic, and cleanse dem from dis holy place.

When you are done, tell dat lazy Hexlord Raal to get off his perch and help keep dis place secure.
