As of the current alpha build (March 29, 2018), the NPC you have to kill is at the very top of the temple. The quest text indicates this, but the minimap has the blue "quest area" circle on one of the lower tiers. Just head to the top of the temple if you can't find Crazzak.

Ok this one can be hard, especially if you don't remember how you climbed the temple for the first time during The Zanchuli Council part of the zone storyline.

Enter Zanchul temple
Turn left and go up the stairs
Move strait all the time and follow the corridor
When you exit on the next floor of the temple, move left and up the stairs.
Crazzak the Heretic is at the very top of Zanchul

You have to find and slay Crazzak the Heretic:

First, get into Hall of the High Priest, entrance is at 40.9 11.4 point.
There are the stairs left of entrance, follow them up to the second floor and pass through the door in the opposite wall.
After passing and getting outside, follow the road and turn left. There're other stairs which lead straight to Crazzak the Heretic

You also can use Pa'ku totem at 55.6 36.7to fly to there, if you've chosen it during Picking a Side quest.

These BFA maze-quests through dense packs of non-quest related mobs is driving me nuts. Think they are designing things to more aggressively waste our time.

This quest made me hate Zandalar. Beautiful zone, sure, but quests like this are too frustrating and waste too much time.

I'm standing on 56.07, 36.68 and there's no totem in sight.

I found one that took me to the top, approximately at 42.98, 22.87. Next to the bottom of the stares that varenne listed as step 2, it takes you to approximately 41.11, 10.89, one tear down from the top, and to the side.

Crazzak is a traitor in priest's clothing who thinks if he tortures enough of us it will hurt our loa.

Dey even have my husband Raal up on de apex of Zanchul. Normally I would say dey could have him, but dey are using his connection to Pa'ku to weaken de loa.

Can't have dat. Let's get to de top of Zanchul and rescue my worthless husband.
