3a. The Woods Have Eyes	Marshal Everit Reade - You need to kill 4 Watchful Raven and 6 Darkmaw Prowler. They are on west.	Marshal Everit Reade

At approximately 71.09 42.91 you will find Lucille Waycrest standing on a gallows near Constable Henry "Framer" (eh hem) apparently about to be hung by the neck.

Talk to Lucille Waycrest and the quest "Standing Accused' https://www.wowhead.com/quest will become available after a very short cut-scene.

If the quest isn't there (since maybe the quest to 'Go Help Drustvar' - The Vanishing Lord - wasn't up since Taelia maybe wasn't in the Harbormaster's Office building: When in Boralus, accept any quest which Flynn may have, walk out of the Harbormaster's Office building and then right back in. Taelia should now be up and progress should be able to be made.

You seek House Waycrest? Oh, your timing could not be worse! I had just received a raven regarding Lord Waycrest's daughter, Lucille, shortly before this... curse came upon us. They apprehended her in Fletcher's Hollow and are taking her to trial. They say she is a witch, herself! If she's found guilty, she will surely hang! You must make haste to Hangman's Point. With what you've seen here, maybe you can convince them of her innocence.
