If Lucille Waycrest is invisible/appears missing upon completion of this quest, try logging out and back in to get her back.
Previously, I tried dropping the quest and redoing it to see if that fixed her disappearance, it did not.

To complete the quest you have to slay three incoming waves of mobs.
After you killing two waves, Sister Widdowson will appear.
Slay her and turn in the quest. If you dont see Lucille, relog to make her spawned.

You do not have to do all of the areas of Drustvar to complete this quest chain. You can go straight to Hangman's Point and talk to Lucille to start this quest chain. Hopefully saves people from hours of questing.

3b. Salvage Rights	Lucille Waycrest - You need to find 4 things: Credit - Supplies Recovered, Credit - Barrel Recovered, Credit - Chest Recovered and Credit - Bucket Recovered. They are little bit split and have protection.	Lucille Waycrest

If you die while killing the mobs, no need to abandon the quest. Go back and speak to Lucille Waycrest and select "Let's go" to start over. The thrashers keep coming after Sister Widdowson appears, but once she's available, just ignore them and kill her to complete the quest.

To get this quest, you need to finish the short questline where Miss Waycrest (Lucille Waycrest) is in trial for witchcraft, around Hangmans point / Fletchers Hollow.

5 man this and it is unlimited for XP, just do not kill the main NPC!
You can level a bar of XP every 2 or so mins. This is like the Aszuna (Legion) instant kill XP trick but times by 100!
You can solo this too and is exceptionally easy, just will take a little more time. Enjoy!

As of 8.0.1 at level 120, Fire Mage, questing greens, the third (final) phase is brutal if not done right.

Heed the Marshal's advice on that final phase: ignore the pack and focus on the main mob.

Pull Sister Widdowson away from everything else. You'll take her down easily enough.

In lousy gear, pull the lot at your own risk!

Push through to the end of the chain: 3500 rep with the Order of Embers awaits!

After you do the first part of the trial with Lucille Waycrest, you must complete the next section starting with The Curse of Fletcher's Hollow and ending with An Airtight Alibi before this becomes available.

Your best bet on this quest is to do pretty much nothing. If you try to help the small band of fighters, no matter what you will over-aggro them and suddenly EVERY mob will attack only you, and the villagers stop really helping. You will die. You can't use AOE, then, or any attacks that might hit a mob next to the one you're attacking. Just wait it out. The advice at the top to "just focus on the main mob" is good but, again, if you have any attacks that MIGHT hit the other mobs, including the boars she summons before you know it you'll have all 15 mobs on you and you will die.

I naively went out to the area marked in blue, and tried to fight the mob. After you say "let's go", place yourself in the middle of the friendly army in front of the podium, and wait for the mobs to come to you.

NOTE: For those of you with new 120 alts, if you never quested in Drustvar while leveling then you'll have to start now. To get Waycrest to give you a quest you first have to go to Boralus and get the Drustvar quest off of the scouting map. Then you must follow the quest line and it will naturally take you to Order of Embers quest line. I spent an hour trying to get her to give me a quest that I simply wasn't eligible for yet on my new alt. I hope this helps somebody out there.

EDIT: You only have to do about 30~ minutes of questing to get to "And Justice For All" quest.

Drust Do It achievement has to have checked The Final Effigy, The Burden of Proof and An Airtight Alibi.
