If you'd like to use the library scrip, head into the keep, take the first left into the park, and look for the library on the right.

Just go Around the island shore and u will make it its like in 21-24 thats my coords

I found the Scrip within my inventory today and decided to hand it in, it is handed in to a gentlemen called Donyal Tovald (http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=2504) - For me, he was on my immediate left upon entering the library (I don't know if he wanders or not). Upon handing in the Scrip, he offered 2 books as a possible reward, "The Story of Morgan Ladimore" (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=2154) and "Legends of the Gurubashi, Volume 3" (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=3899). It should be noted that you can only select 1 book and that, "The Story of Morgan Ladimore" can be obtained through quests in Duskwood also. I honestly have no idea if the same can be said about the latter book.

Argent 369 is correct.
I already had, "The Morgan Ladimore," book, so I opted for the second choice, somewhat concerned that the title for, "The Stone Of The Tides," was no more. Alas, I flipped through, "The Legends of the Gurubashi, Volume 3," and found on page 4, "The Stone Of The Tides, Recent Discoveries during Surveys." It's a cool story, too.

This quest was marked obsolete by Blizzard and cannot be obtained or completed.

Find the haunted island for Baron Revilgaz in Booty Bay.

Description

If there is indeed a goblin mage and water elementals haunting the island, it could mean the Stone of the Tides can be mine!

I want you to locate this haunted island... find out what's going on. Oh, and if you perhaps want to find out more about the Stone of the Tides, take this scrip to the Stormwind Library, they should be able to find you a copy of the book I first came across the legend in.

Could it be that Gazban actually discovered the Stone...?
