In order to start this quest, you must be level 50+ and have already completed the Return to Lordaeron questline which you pick up from Calia in Oribos. Once you have done those, travel to Undercity and the quest pops up automatically.

If you haven't done the prerequisite questline and are level 70, there's a glitch at the moment hiding it from you. First you have to go to Oribos and choose a covenant, then if you still can't see it, first make sure that Show Trivial Quests is checked. This still didn't work for my guildmate, but I grabbed a level 60 alt and grouped with them, then turned on party sync. They were then able to start the Return to Lordaeron questline.

If it's still not showing up, make sure Undercity is set to the present time.

I have an undead char exalted with undercity but did not do the Return to Lordaeron questline. I went to undercity and changed the timeline to present, because the quest did not pop up. Then i logged onto my other undead char, who did this questline but is only friendly with undercity. There, the quest did pop up. so i guess you only need the exalted with undercity achievement in order to get this quest.

Found the solution:
Lvl 50 char, not shadowlands campaign, not exalted, Go to Chromie in Org, select Shadowlands timewalking -> Calia will spawn with Call to Lordaeron next to the main building in Org. Don't need to be 60 and to do the shadowlands stuff to get the quest.

This quest isn't triggering for me. Level 50 undead, exalted with Undercity. I can't do anything except the Calia Menethil quests, which require me to go to Shadowlands. I don't have any option to switch Undercity to "present time" because of the phasing with Calia's quests.

I got the quest after taking the Undercity teleport in Orgrimmar.

Good afternoon fellow adventurers,

I got a strange situation with that quest.

So I got my undead DK to lvl 67. Then:

Farmed exalted rep with Undercity (Let's just say Magister's Terrace elves will remember me for a while.)

But still no quest. To be honest I completed the "Return to Lordaeron" on a different character.

Additionally, I did the initial quests on Oribos. Chose a covenant. And stopped before hopping to the anima wyrm for Bastion.

Tried to alternate timelines in Undercity with no effect.

Any other ideas will be appreciated.

After some reading here and running around in Oribos and finally back to Orgrimmar to check. I have discovered that if you boost a forsaken to 70 and have done nothing in Shadowlands that Calia is waiting in r Valley of Strength to start the questline for cleaning the plague of lordaron. Hope this helps others.

Hello, it's Dragonflight and I have a 60 undead.
I don't remember it but I guess I did the Back to Loradearon questline with this character? I just checked my Achiv tab for the achiv and it says I have the credit for all my toons.

Anyway - the main point is that I looked for Calia with no success. Then I decided to just go to Lordaeron and that was it! Just took the portal from Orgrimmar zeppelin tower and I got the quest when I teleported to ruins of undercity.

Just wanted to drop it for anyone who might have had the same issue.

TL;DR: Don't look for Calia, just go take the portal in Org zeppelin tower.
