From wiping alot on HC i can tell you that:

1. Rejuvenation ticks only once
2. Swiftmend ticks, but doesn't
3. Tranquility will wipe your raid before you can say "wtf" (pity the druid who tried this -it was me :)
4. Healing Rain only ticks once, and adds a tick each time someone enters the circle
5. Haven't tried Wild Growth, but there's no point as you can't control who gets a stack - stay clear of this
6. ticks for each usage
7. Vampiric Embrace and other such passive healing-dealing abilities do not tick
8. Death Strike and Mastery: Blood Shield do not tick
9. Lay On Hands, Word of Glory and Beacon of Light do not tick
10. Lifebloom ticks after applying each stack individually, but doesn't tick on refreshing it.
11. Renew ticks on applying, but not on refreshing

This is a comprehensive list that I have compiled for healing during Deep Corruption in Heroic Mode Yor'sahj the Unsleeping, when the boss absorbs a Shadowed Globule. It seemed easier to compile this information rather than add it piecemeal to previous posts. It is organized by class (healing classes first), and each class section lists abilities giving NO stacks first, then 1 or more stacks; raid wipers are listed at the end of each section!

Keep in mind that all direct heals will add 1 stack of Deep Corruption. Direct heals are not listed below for that reason.

Deep Corruption lasts 25 seconds in Heroic Mode, and after those 25 seconds is reset and refreshed. This results in a total of two 25-second debuffs per phase where Shadowed Globule is absorbed. Adding stacks WILL NOT extend the timer; therefore if someone has 3 stacks with 5 seconds left (for example), those stacks will be wiped clean after 5 seconds even if he/she receives more heals before the debuff expires.

Druid

Paladin

Heals received via Beacon of Light give no stacks.
Absorbs from (Holy Paladin Mastery) give no stacks.
gives no stacks.
Lay on Hands gives no stacks.
Word of Glory gives no stacks.
Divine Storm gives no stacks.
Divine Shield does not clear stacks, and does not prevent further stacks from being generated.
gives 1 stack per person healed, HoT ticks do not add stacks.
Light of Dawn gives 1 stack per person healed.

Priest

Shaman

Earth Shield gives no stacks.
Healing Stream Totem gives no stacks.
Spirit Link Totem gives no stacks.
Heals from Feral Spirit give no stacks.
with Charred Glyph gives no stacks.
gives no stacks, although Unleash Life will give 1 stack.
Chain Heal gives 1 stack per person healed.
Healing Rain gives 1 stack, and 1 extra stack each time a player leaves and re-enters the AoE heal.
Riptide gives 1 stack for the initial cast, not for ticks.

Death Knight

Death Strike and Mastery: Blood Shield (Blood DK Mastery) give no stacks.
Death Pact gives no stacks.
Anti-Magic Shell gives no stacks.
gives no stacks, even with Charred Glyph.
Using Lichborne followed by Death Coil gives no stacks.
gives no stacks.

Hunter

Chimaera Shot gives no stacks.

Mage

Evocation with Charred Glyph gives no stacks.
Incanter's Flow gives no stacks.
gives no stacks.
Ice Block does not clear stacks.

Rogue

gives no stacks.

Warlock

Healthstone gives no stacks.
Haunt gives no stacks
gives no stacks.
gives no stacks.
Mortal Coil gives no stacks.

Warrior

gives no stacks.
gives no stacks.
Victory Rush with gives no stacks.

Other

ALL trinket procs, weapon procs and set bonuses generate no stacks.
Grounded Plasma Shield (Engineering Tinker) gives no stacks.
Mythical Healing Potion, and other health potions give no stacks.
Dense Embersilk Bandage, and other bandages give no stacks.
Gift of the Naaru (Draenei Racial) gives 1 stack on initial cast, not for ticks.

All of the above information I have compiled from many sources, including personal raid experience. Please feel free to mention abilities I may have missed, or additional information - certain abilities are omitted because of a lack of accurate data. Unleash Life casted on pet will stack debuff on caster. It was really hard to discover, because there was no fifth heal on shaman in logs but he had 5 stacks. It is probably a bug. I'll update this post when it will be fixed.

Can someone tell me if the proc from Maw of the Dragonlord gives an extra stack of Deep corruption?

Rogues can use for a 6% damage reduction and self heal without putting on any stacks. If you want to be on the safe side, can put it up before the purple ooze hits the boss and it'll last almost all the way through the phase.
