This buff can be obtained at Tusk Isle in the south western part of Zuldazaar by clicking on the Pylons going up the hill. Also, this buff stacks up to 5 times for 10 minutes. The buff seems to persist across all of those little southern islands and was removed when I landed in Zuldazaar. It's really fun having +60% haste for 10 minutes even if you can't take it with you off of the islands.

This will zap yellow mobs so be careful when you are mounted or you will have a train of mad crabs after you.

It works for Alliance doing Ship Logs. And is lots of fun pwning everything on the ship to get to the chest on the lowest deck.
