Doesn't seem to be, probably the same as the Goblin Rocket Launcher, you can have two equipped of that one.

Engineering in WotLK will be so much more fun, and handy than BC, in addition to extracting motes and making bombs, imagine this:

Being able to shoot a rocket from your gloves once a minute with Hand-Mounted Pyro Rocket
A parachute every minute, embroided into your cloak: Flexweave Underlay
150 % sprint every 5 minutes with Nitro Boosts on your boots.
Carrying around a multi-tool that ALSO serves as jumper cables: Gnomish Army Knife

Also it's nice to be able to make trinkets such as the Noise Machine and the Sonic Booster

And there might still be more =)

Now, what I want to know is:
Do they stack with actual enchants, or does my rogue have to give up +25agi-or-so on it's gloves so I can pewpew people with hand-rockets every minute?

With the removal of armour multiplier from bear form in respect of trinkets etc. this trinket will become very valuable for bear tanks. Stamina is the best scaling stat for bears (note i do not mean it is "the best stat" i mean it is the stat that scales the best). Since it is not unique equipped I could see myself wearing two of these when i start off in naxx, if the removal of armour multiplier for trinkets has gone live by then.

For melee dps (cat in my case) I would not give this trinket serious consideration - there are far better dps trinkets out there this one is all about the stamina.

It now requires 425 engineering to learn... BUT the mats remain the same; thus engineers have have a slight breather for about 5-10 points before moving onto the much in demand Heartseeker Scope.

So far a pretty crummy trinket, the proc is very low, and is still unclear on if it procs on your attacks or attacks around you as well.

For a tank looking to stack 162 stamina, maybe, but any melee DPS class should just use some of the decent quest rewards or start working on those 40 emblems for the superb Mirror of Truth.

The bolts account for the variable number of bars, if you are lucky, you'll only use 34 and will have an extra set of bolts left over, but if you are unlucky you will need all 36 bars.

Since this trinket has no level requirement and only requires a skill of 390 to use AND is BoE, a gnome could equip this and/or the Spellpower Version of this trinket at level 50, if they got their skill up.
